  1. Red Hot Ibiza DX

First things first, as always, many thanks to the late and great @Wizard for his fantastic emulator.
Secondly thanks to @infection for providing the image for the top part of the machine.
Now, onto the machine. After not working out how to get the lights looking right in the middle, I gave up on it for a while and did another one Little Devil.
I thought I'd have another look at it and realised I was overly complicating the lamps and decided to leave that part until last.... well that was until I realised that the gameplay was going to cover them and I had to do them first instead....
Anyhow, enough waffle, I have to say that I think this is the one I'm most pleased with at the moment as my editing skills have allowed me to fix issues that were there.
    I've edited.....
Reels - replaced the stars with the actual images
Number Reel - Changed from grey background and blue to black background and pink with the colours in the middle (not as good as the original machine due to the size of the images on them but I'm happy with how it's turned out
£10 Icon - Bottom right was £15 so I edited it and think it looks like a 0 and fits in with the rest of the layout.
Text on Top Of Machine - changed it to show Ten Pounds instead of Fifteen Pounds and 25p Play instead of 10p Play

KNOWN ISSUES - I can't work out the number for the word "Lose" at the bottom of the machine and I'm not sure whether the word "Nudges" has a light or not. I have left it as it is until I can find out what the numbers are. I don't think it detracts from the machine in any way really.

Finally, I did this in a high resolution so I hope it will play okay on your machine. It is the first high resolution I've done like this and I don't fancy going through it all again to make a smaller one, so if you do find it has issues and want to make it work on your machine by making it smaller, please feel free, but I think it should be okay because I don't use blended lamps
Enjoy the machine, take care everyone and stay safe!!! Love and respect to you all

  2. Corn of the Dead DX

I am especially pleased with this as I did a lot of editing from a picture that had a long lighting stripe on and other parts where the light covered the images.
I made it darker as the original was a bit too light and didn't show the lighting up very well.
I saw a video on YouTube where it had a note inserter that had pulsating coloured LED lights on and looked nice but it currently isn't emulated and I think it might be too distracting.
I haven't done any fancy stuff on it like I did the others as I didn't think it needed any as it has Neon lighting at the top, red changing reels and plenty of other lights to keep the eyes athetically pleased looking at it.
As always thanks to Wizard for the awesome MFME emulator and Slasher for the excellent DX version initially.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed learning about the updates to the graphics etc.

  3. Monopoly - BWB DX

After the original classic DX by @Clo06, he kindly sent me the unlocked version and I made this . As his request, I waited a month before I released it.
Thanks, as always, to the late, fantastic Wizard for his awesome MFME emulator.
It is one of the older machines and I saw a machine that had £3.00 and £6.00 jackpot amount with the faded £3.00 so I tried to recreate it here.
This is possibly the fastest one I've ever done. I started it one evening and then completed it 2 days after
Anyhow, hope you enjoy it and you're staying safe and keeping well.

  4. Mario Kart 64 - Version 2

As always, mega thanks to the awesome late and great Wizard for the amazing MFME emulator.
Secondly, lots of thanks to @infection for providing the brilliant image of the machine.
Thirdly, thanks to @vectra666 for providing some advice that I may have missed (well I will have missed because it's something that I've not really been checking (the text that shows the maximum that can be won from any game).
Finally, I didn't realise that I hadn't actually changed the text for when I did the original DX version of this machine (can't believe it's not been only a few months since I did it!).
I was requested by @infection to do an updated version of the machine and I hadn't realised how low quality my last release was until I started working on this one (approximately a third in size). Since I have learned so much doing them and enjoying seeing people love playing them, it gives me great pleasure to release this one at last.
There were some green and blue colours on the game part that you couldn't see what was what, so I manually edited those.
I have also edited various parts that had flash flare (is that the right term?) on and I am really pleased how I have removed them, including the bottom part (red), some of the buttons and other parts of the machine.
Anyhow, enough waffle, enjoy the game, take care and stay safe

  5. Grab The Bank DX by Multi Retro Man

Part touchpad and part mouse created (much faster with the mouse) I'm pleased to release Grab The Bank. The original image I used was not very good so I managed to edit out all the lighting issues and tried to get it to look as realistic and as good as it can be. The hammers I managed to find from a YooToob video and did a screenshot of it and managed to edit it and used it in this machine.
Okay, so as always, the first and always will be first thanks, go to the late and great Wizard for this superb emulator.
I started this a while ago and thank everyone for their input and help that they've given me (please accept my apologies for not tagging you but I forgot who did what; I blame my age!).
I find it a slightly confusing machine to play at times but with the odd bit of luck, I got the jackpot a couple of times.
Anyhow, as always, hope you enjoy this one and I really enjoyed making this one.

  6. The Immortal 300 DX

I'm hoping this works okay. I copied the files into a different directory without the bak files but it wouldn't work, so I have simply zipped the files from the main directory that I created it.
Many thanks for @Matty.n for his superb original classic layout.
Thanks to @infection for his excellent images and @vectra666 for his help and also @Liverpool2008 for his suggestion and help in working out where the DEATH wording goes.
I've left it at the bottom section and hope it looks okay.
As always, biggest thanks got to the late, great @Wizard for his amazing emulator, without which, none of these machine layouts would be possible.
Enjoy the game and I don't know how, but one of the icons for the Victory game got deleted so I recreated it.

  7. Volcano - Broken

After the positive feedback regarding my previous broken release, I decided to release my first ever machine that I did (well the updated version anyway) with quite a few different things broken.
There's a crack on it, the middle reel had got wet (well I tried to make it look like it did) and the colours ran in places.
Various bulbs are out and some are requiring replacement as they're not bright enough.
Other parts have dodgy paint areas on and even the LED amount is failing.
I'm quite proud of this one as it is the machine that got me started doing layouts all those years ago...
    Enjoy

  8. Volcano

Works in MFME 19.8 (not sure about any other versions)
Firstly, I have been interested in fruit machines, arcade games and console games for many years now and have loved playing the various layouts over the years and thought I would do something to contribute something myself, but wasn't sure what I could do..... until now
After the excellent work by Robinhood75 years ago, I noticed that the red lights weren't shown and I wasn't sure why.
Having enjoyed playing the real machine before, I thought I'd have a look at seeing if I could work out how to show the red lights when the jackpot was guaranteed.
After managing to do this, I wondered how much I could improve the graphics and after someone posted the photograph of the machine, I thought I'd throw myself in at the deep end and give it a go.
I did a square version of the machine but didn't like the smaller left hand side so decided to do a bigger version of it (1600 wide) and after many mistakes and my laptop crashing several times, I finished up with the machine here.
I am still thinking of doing further updates on it, by improving some more graphics, but at the moment, I'm very pleased with the overall effect and hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed finishing it to where it is now.

  9. Carry On Screaming DX

As requested by @infection, here's the DX for Carry On Screaming.
Quite a bit of editing was required using 4 different images and then I created the correct amounts for the game in the middle section (yellow).
There are currently 2 things that are baffling me though (these don't cause any problems playing the game or anything.
    1) Not sure of the correct lamp numbers for the monsters at either side, so I used a particular one for each that makes them flash on the intro.
    2) There's a second lamp number for the £25 jackpot on the top of the yellow game and I wasn't sure what it was for so I've left it as the same as the normal one until someone can advise what it may be.

As always, thanks to Wizard for the awesome MFME emulator and the regular updates done to it
Thanks to westy20040 for the classic game initially.

Hope you all enjoy this and please let me know anything that may require changing or updating.
Please don't forget to rate it as I love seeing your thoughts and how many stars you think it's worth

  10. Monkey Business - Smaller Version by Vectra666

Vectra666 explained that my version didn't run very well on slower processors, so asked if he could do a smaller image version of my layout and I agreed and would like to say he's done a fantastic job of shrinking it and spent most of the day doing it, so major gratitude for taking the time to do it.
I don't take any credit for this version, but he didn't want to upload it himself as I had done the previous one, but I give many thanks to him for doing it and am so glad I'm a part of this excellent fruit machine emulator community!!!
    Enjoy

  11. Volcano DX 2 - MRM

As always, many thanks for the awesome emulator to the great, late Wizard.
Secondly, thanks to @infection for the images.
Thirdly, thanks to @hitthesix for the help with removing the refill pnd coin message when the machine starts up
    --------
Okay, on with the main changes from release version 1.....
    Updated graphics.
    1) I have edited the top of the machine so that it doesn't show the flash glare like it did before (there is still a little red light reflection on the main VOLCANO lights at the top but I thought it added to the effect and if I removed it, it may make it look wrong).
    2) I changed the lighting for the inner volcano gameplay so the red and yellow lights show okay and don't have any gap in the middle like they did before, as I have learned so much since the original release (the only slight issue is that it only shows the left side light when playing the inner feature but as it's mostly shaded anyway, you can't really tell. I realised this afterwards but think it looks better than the previous version with the gap).
    3) Since I started doing it, I downloaded a manual for the machine and saw that the values and the fruit etc. on the bottom left were separate so I created the separate bulbs for each of them.
    4) I noticed that the light for the BWB logo on the top section wasn't enabled at all so I added that one.
I did think about using a bulb light but didn't think that the overall effect would look right. I hope you think it looks good and better than before
The other thing I did was remove the side art as I felt while it looked nice, it detracted from the machine.

Enjoy, take care and stay safe!!!

  12. Pink Pussy DX - by MRM

Hi everyone, hope you're all keeping well and safe.
I was asked by @CAshman_eq to do this layout and have obtained permission from @vectra666 to release this one, even though he did the bigger jackpot version.
Duplu who did the previous £5 DX version isn't on here so I can't contact him about it and hope that this is okay. If it's not, please let me know and I will remove it as soon as I can.
I am particulary pleased with this one as I have done a few bits of editing with some lit amounts etc. and used a graphic for the unlit graphic, so please enjoy
As always, many thanks to Wizard (R.I.P.) for his awesome emulator and Vectra666 for allowing me to release this awesome game

  13. Reel A Win - DX - Multi Retro Man

Welcome to my DX version of Reel A Win.
Firstly, I would like to wish you a very Happy New Year and hope that 2023 will be a good year for you

Without a do, thanks go to the following:
The late, great Wizard for the superb emulator.
Wearacity for the classic and allowing me to do the DX and release it.
Dad for the image that I used for the machine (I adjusted the bottom section to make it look like a real machine).

This is the first machine that I have used almost all the lamps for the off-image as I realised that one of the features uses a darker version of the amounts when the lightened image repeatedly scrolls from the bottom to the top and without the off-image, it didn't show any of the lit images at all.
I used a slightly different number reel along with a slight edit for the colours for the background of them. It's not totally authentic but the colours were nearer to the actual machine rather than the blue that was originally used for the classic layout.

    Finally, enjoy the machine

  14. Al Murrays DX by Multi Retro Man

Okay, where do I begin? Well I started this months and months ago and after straightening the machine up, I quickly realised how much effort had gone into the classic by @Reg especially on the dartboard lighting and thought I might not be able to actually do the DX after all.
Anyhow, after doing other ones and not thinking I couldn't do it, I thought I will do it and I have done so
As always with my thanks, it has to be to the late, great Wizard for his fanastic emulator. Still saddens me to think he's not with us any more.
Thanks to @Reg for the classic layout in the first place.
Thanks go to @infection as I'm sure I got the image from his collection and if not, I would still like to thank him for his efforts getting all he currently has.

I have created 3 images on the top right that show £5, £10 and £20 inserts. The lighting next to the coin insert is for inserting £1. I think I took the lockout off but if not, simply edit it and disable the lockout option, then you can tap it to insert £1.

Keys are the usual ones with the additional numeric keypad 123456 for the hi left, middle and right etc.

Now the good bits and bad bits.
Good - It works fine and I haven't found any issues
Bad - I cannot work out what light it needs for 50p play, so I used the same one as the 30p play. If anyone knows what it is, please let me know and I'll update the additional messages so you can edit it or I can update it as required.

Finally, as always, I hope you enjoy playing the machine and I hope you all stay safe and keep well.

  15. Gunpowder Slot DX by MRM

As requested by @infection, here is Gunpowder Slot.
Thanks to DragonSocial for the original Classic layout and Wizard for the awesome MFME
I haven't changed any bulb numbers but the bottom 3 bombs to the right hand side don't seem to look right with the lights but I'm not sure if they're correct or not? Plus there's a bit of text that's not readable but there isn't enough size for it to be readable anyway. I'm sure it will say what it is when you get it anyway
Anyhow, the editing on this was quite a lot because the original had lots of white lines on it pointing to different areas of the machine so I think I've done a nice job with it and am particularly pleased with the colours etc.
I hope you enjoy the machine and if there is anything I've missed, please let me know and instead of doing one amendment and releasing an update, I will wait for a few days and when all's completed, I'll update it then

  16. Cops n Robbers £8 Jackpot DX

Hi, @andy-1 very kindly gave me permission to release this when it was ready. It was ready early on in the week but out of respect and not to upset anyone, I suggested that I leave it until at least Monday and he said I could release it this weekend, so here it is.
I did this from an image of the machine at the side, so I attempted to change it so it looked like you were looking at it head on. It's slightly wonky but I think it's quite good, despite this issue.
Anyhow, as always, many thanks to Wizard (R.I.P.) for his awesome emulator and Andy-1 for taking the time to do the classic layout (I wouldn't know where to start with it) so credit due to all you awesome classic layout creators because without you, I wouldn't be able to create the DX layouts and enjoy the positive feedback that I receive.
I have included both versions and thanks for Andy for giving me the unlocked layout and I now have a further appreciation of the effort involved that goes into the classic layouts, I didn't realise how long it takes to create them in the first instance!
Take care and stay safe everyone!!!!

  17. Gunpowder Slot £70 DX

A very simple update to the £35 as requested by @infection
Here is the £70 version with a very simple update to the total at the right side.
Unfortunately, I cannot edit the description etc. because the layout was locked by the original classic layout creator and I didn't know when I first started the editing what locking meant or how to lock them.
Anyhow, as always, many thanks to the late, fantastic Wizard who is always remembered for his great programming with MFME.
Hope you enjoy it (I haven't played it but I'm assured that the jackpot is £70).

  19. Crazy Fruits Community Party - Bell Fruit £100 - Edits by Vecs

I was going to add this to my own layout but felt it deserved a release on it's own, due to the work @vectra666 has put into it.
One of the subtle but important changes is the colouring to the cash amounts. I was going to change it on my version but after the issues I had with it, I totally forgot about it and just wanted it to be released.
Anyhow, here's the £100 version and it has issues with inserting notes (albeit I've not played about with it too much so I'm more a designer than a fault fixer lol) so I suggest just inserting pound coins for the time being.
Anyhow, many MANY thanks to @vectra666 for his work and as always @Wizard for his superb emulator. I apologise for not tagging you in or @infection for his superb images as it was the first place I went to, to see if there were any images and I was very pleased with the results
    So as always, enjoy everyone

  20. Volcano - MFME 20.1

As I have learned a lot had been I first released my first ever DX release version of Volcano, I thought I'd have a go at updating the graphics of this machine.
At the moment, I'm 99.8% happy with it. The only thing that remains to be changed is the values at the bottom left side as the original photo only had the £5 jackpot, so I'm hopefully going to be able to have a photo of them and be able to update them soon.
Anyhow, I thought I'd release this one as a separate to the previous one I did as I'm not sure if it will work on previous versions of MFME but I have changed the version number to 1.1.0 to identify the differences.
Credits as always go to Wizard (RIP) for making all this possible in the first place.
Everyone else for previous positive comments and assistance you've given me over the months since I started doing them
As always, take care, stay safe and enjoy the game!

  21. The Big Match by BWB - DX'd by Multi Retro Man

Here's my DX of the BWB game, The Big Match.
First thanks go to, as always, the late, great @Wizard for the fantastic emulator.
Next to @Leeham for the original release.
Finally, thanks to @infection for his image database. I hope I have done a good job in everyone's eyes, because the original was taken sideways on and it took me quite a bit of editing to get the left corners put together to look like a proper machine.
I used the shirt image for the GOAL options at either side of the net and edited the image so it looks like it's lit (not 100% happy with it but I figured it looks okay).
With the lack of images foor the nudges, I used the text colour blue and it has white edges but I think that's something to do with the emulator as I have found this on a few machines and thought I'd leave it as it is, unless someone has images of the nudges etc.
I also put the repeat text under the jackpot amount as I wasn't sure where it could go otherwise, so if anyone has any suggestions or images to suit, please let me know and I'll update the machine
Hope you all enjoy the machine and as always, stay safe and take care!
P.S. This was done using a mouse instead of the laptop's touchpad and I found it easier and quicker to use it.

  22. Bucks Bunny DX

Good afternoon or morning wherever you are.
After being quiet for a while, I've been playing the games and emulator stuff, I played this game and thought I'd have a go at doing a DX for it.
Thanks as always first, to the late, great @Wizard for his superb emulator, without which, we wouldn't have any of these games.
Next and very importantly, mega thanks to @Matty.n for very kindly giving me the unlocked layout and helping me with the lamp numbers for the logos and the Cool image.
Finally, thanks to @infection for the images (I have worked out how to get the machine to look straight better than before).
A kind mention to @woodsy for offering to do a blended lamps for the logos but I thought I'd try and do it slightly different to how I usually do and it was much quicker and has the same effect as I wanted to.
Any issues or anything, as always, please let me know
    Enjoy and stay safe everyone!!!

  24. All In A Days Work - DX

Hi everyone, hope you're all safe and well.
The past few weeks for me have been hectic, stressful and at times a bit of a mare.
Anyhow, without going into much detail and being boring (great Pet Shop Boys song) I'll just say decorated 2 bedrooms, new beds put up and repaired as one was faulty, car problems (it's a Vauxhall Astra Twintop so no surprises there, it's a love/hate relationship) and I acquired a new second hand laptop only for the hinge to come away from the lid and break (I was devastated as I only had it a week and actually shed a tear because of the problems I was having with the car etc).
Anyhow, back on with the release, thanks go to @Wizardfor his awesome emulator and legacy he's left, @Clo06for the original release and my wife or letting me buy me second hand laptop MSI PE70 6QE (much, much better than my old Acer 7750G laptop but I still love that one to bits.)
I realise that this one is quite dark but I think it shows the lights up quite well.
Hope you enjoy this mute release and I think my next project may be to revisit Volcano now that I have more experience with the emulator and GIMP program

  25. Tree Amigos PDX

Okay, before anyone shouts at me for releasing it quickly after the classic, I have got permission from @wearecity to release it when it was ready and I am so pleased and excited by it, I wanted to share it with everyone
Okay, thanks as always to the awesome Wizard (R.I.P.) for his emulator and @wearecity for letting me release my PDX.
** It's a mute release so if we get any sounds in future for it, I'll gladly update it and add them  **
I'll not waffle any longer, just wanted to say that I'm not 100% happy with the Hi Lo location but I've achieved my overall layout that I had in my mind and hope that you enjoy it too
I created everything apart from the buttons on the bottom of the machine. I deleted everything else from it and did all the icons etc. myself because I couldn't find the machine anywhere so had nothing to compare with so thought I'd do a beach scene. The palm tree sky was grey so I thought it needed some colour and what a transformation it is!!!
Enjoy the game and stay safe everyone!!!
