  1. Classic Adders & Ladders 2p/5p/10p/20p

A small little Christmas gift for everyone 🎅. 4 x versions of bwb`s Classic Adders & Ladders 2p/5p/10p/20p. @Road Hog Mad got this one going by starting a thread and posting some pictures of the machine and then @thealteredemu posted some Roms, in there was a 2p version which got my attention and I thought it would be an interesting one to play as never seen a 2p version of this machine before and then ended up doing the other three versions. Hopefully in the future some more pictures will turn up so I can have a crack at a Dx version. There are a few random lamp issues I haven`t been able to sort out so if anyone does know how to solve please send a PM.
    Merry Christmas Everyone
Thanks to @thealteredemu for Roms, @Road Hog Mad for pictures and thanks to @Wizard for MFME.

  3. Line Up £4 10p/5p MPU4 (BWB)

Here`s two versions of this machine 5p/10p.The 5p versions are two different rom sets although can`t see any difference in the game play there was a difference in the button mapping. Decided to do these after @johnparker007posted about the 5p Roms and @Martinb posted over at the mecca about his machine he was converting from 5p to 10p which he has done an awesome job. Massive thanks to @johnparker007 for the roms  @Martinb for practically everything else pictures of machine/reels and even the manual which I have added in the folder also thanks to @Tommy c for his version for helping with lamps and last but not least thanks to @Wizard for everything MFME.

  4. Fast Forward 5p-£3/ 10p-£6 Dx's (BwB/Barcrest)

Following on from the "Barcrest" 20p version of this, we had the roms for the 5p-£3 and 10p/£6 token variants so with @Ginge's help in redrawing the decals here we have them on these settings.
I've placed these in the BwB section as i suspect as these are a lower stake option they'll probably bwb remakes, i may be wrong who knows? also i think the lose sound is slightly different to the 20p standard version
    so once again thanks to
netdent via the mecca for images used
the original creator for the original dx
and to @Ginge for decal changes
not sure what percentage these are on, or even if you can change the percentage on these. answers on a postcard

  7. Trail Blazer (bwb) 2p/5p

Here`s a machine I remember playing as a kid in an arcade called the Bright Spot in the seaside town of Rhyl, they had this one and an always eight side by side, when I was feeling flush I would play both at the time so sometimes I actually link the two together and play them side by side in mfme.
There`s two versions 2p and 5p never saw the £4 token version in the wild would love to get my hands on the roms if anyone has a set. This layout is the first time I have done animated buttons, imo they do add a little bit more authenticity ,enough waffle hope you all enjoy.
Thanks to @johnparker007 for finding the font for the cash/nudge trail and also explaining how the animated buttons work.
Thanks to @Pook for advice and a quick video he posted on how to create the animated buttons. Below is the link to the thread if anyone is interested in creating more layouts with animated buttons.

  8. Orlando Magic £8 - 5p/20p Dx's

Time to jet off to Florida to enjoy the sunset in Orlando, its Magic!!! with two layouts to choose from. A 20p version and a 5p version (different paytable) both use different rom sets (do we have the roms for the original £6 token machine?
     Thanks goto
@andy-1 - for the classic layout and reel bands etc
    @infection - images
@wizard for mfme's past and present and also fixed a bug to allow this game to run many moons back
Not sure how the top numbers 1 - 12 lamp as whilst designing the layout there is two sets of lamps for those numbers and on the original classic layout andy-1 only used one so the feature which used those the numbers went out, so to use both sets i've made the 2nd set masked yellow, can anyone confirm if the machine actually used both lots of lamps or were they a different colour etc
     Shortcuts written within the notes

  10. Sinbad £6T/£10

Thanks to wizard, wearecity, pook, logopolis, vectra666 and others who've helped.
BE AWARE IT LIKES TO MALFUNCTION IF COINS ARE INSERTED TOO FAST... HOWEVER ONCE PLAYING THE FEATURE YOU CAN ADD COINS/CREDITS WITH LESS RISK OF A MALFUNCTION, IF IT DOES MALFUNCTION PLEASE WAIT 20 SECONDS FOR IT TO RESET TO AVOID LOSING YOUR RAM STATE.
I had to make the reels and if anyone wants to improve upon them feel free, the lamping for sinbad/guard move on the number reel was beyond me and if anyone can figure out a way to have them on a horizontal reel band instead of static please again feel free.
the £6T version i had to make my own decals and hopefully they're good enough to pass inspection etc.
never played this as a kid and i can see it's appeal, the repeats and features are really fun!!
as usual any mistakes can be forwarded to my dedicated mfme fault finder hotline. 8008135.
best wishes to the community and kudos to all creators!

  11. Puffing Billy by BWB.

This was something I was starting on way back at my first foray into layout creation. Never played the machine but remembered the artwork from being a kid back in the day. Needless to say, my attempt back then before people here spent the time to help me improve was pretty funny. @Tibbo decided to redo the artwork and assist, was originally going to be his first release as we were going to work together on it. Sadly he has not been active for over a year now and I know he really was looking forward to this as he wanted to get his .fml badge and give back to the community also. I'm hoping @pete_w can put the .fml badge to his profile so hopefully when he comes back it's a nice surprise or if not at least his goal has been realised.
    Massive thanks to;
@Tibbo for his artwork and calloboration.
    @Clo06 for the classic.
@johnparker007 and @spa for the images which lead to the far clearer image we have now.
@Ginge for play testing and spotting and fixing various issues, this guy has a far greater eye than me.
Also a big thankyou to whoever provided the ROM's for this, maybe @Mavroz?
There is a slight issue with cancel collect, mainly its one lamp for both but images have separate buttons. Originally I Had same lamp in both, but have removed lamp from cancel to see if that looks better.

  16. Volcano DX 2 - MRM

As always, many thanks for the awesome emulator to the great, late Wizard.
Secondly, thanks to @infection for the images.
Thirdly, thanks to @hitthesix for the help with removing the refill pnd coin message when the machine starts up
    --------
Okay, on with the main changes from release version 1.....
    Updated graphics.
    1) I have edited the top of the machine so that it doesn't show the flash glare like it did before (there is still a little red light reflection on the main VOLCANO lights at the top but I thought it added to the effect and if I removed it, it may make it look wrong).
    2) I changed the lighting for the inner volcano gameplay so the red and yellow lights show okay and don't have any gap in the middle like they did before, as I have learned so much since the original release (the only slight issue is that it only shows the left side light when playing the inner feature but as it's mostly shaded anyway, you can't really tell. I realised this afterwards but think it looks better than the previous version with the gap).
    3) Since I started doing it, I downloaded a manual for the machine and saw that the values and the fruit etc. on the bottom left were separate so I created the separate bulbs for each of them.
    4) I noticed that the light for the BWB logo on the top section wasn't enabled at all so I added that one.
I did think about using a bulb light but didn't think that the overall effect would look right. I hope you think it looks good and better than before
The other thing I did was remove the side art as I felt while it looked nice, it detracted from the machine.

Enjoy, take care and stay safe!!!

  17. Sunset Boulevard BWB 2p/£2.40

One of my all time favorite machines! This was the first machine I ever owned. I did make a DX for this back in 2005. I did also get the roms dumped as mine was the 2p/£2.40 version. Still have the glasses in the loft almost 20 years after it broke!
Not long ago found an old hard drive, saw the rom on there so attempted to get the 20p version converted down to the 2p version..... Which was tricky as it needed some GFX work doing on it, so thanks to @vectra666 for that and to @hitthesix for attempting to sort the chr and to @johnparker007 for sorting the chr
Don't be put off with the small stake, plays a great game on 2p. Jackpot even holds on this set up, the only version that does this. It sometimes holds after nudge, but not all the time. Did this in the wild back in the day too.
Shortcuts are in the notes, usual suspects.

  19. Trail Blazer (bwb)

Here`s my very first try at a classic layout called Trail Blazer by bwb, have done two version`s 2p/5p. I`m also in the process of doing the Dx version`s but it`s taking a lot longer than expected due to poor pictures and  etc. On the flyer it says the 5p and 10p versions can go to £4 tokens but can`t seem to work out how, if anyone can work it out or provide any more info or even a manual for this machine I would really appreciate it.
Thanks Go To the maker of the original classic who ever you are, which helped with lamping (layout doesn`t seem to have a name on it).
Thanks also to Wizard (Chris j Wren) for MFME

  20. The Big Match by BWB - DX'd by Multi Retro Man

Here's my DX of the BWB game, The Big Match.
First thanks go to, as always, the late, great @Wizard for the fantastic emulator.
Next to @Leeham for the original release.
Finally, thanks to @infection for his image database. I hope I have done a good job in everyone's eyes, because the original was taken sideways on and it took me quite a bit of editing to get the left corners put together to look like a proper machine.
I used the shirt image for the GOAL options at either side of the net and edited the image so it looks like it's lit (not 100% happy with it but I figured it looks okay).
With the lack of images foor the nudges, I used the text colour blue and it has white edges but I think that's something to do with the emulator as I have found this on a few machines and thought I'd leave it as it is, unless someone has images of the nudges etc.
I also put the repeat text under the jackpot amount as I wasn't sure where it could go otherwise, so if anyone has any suggestions or images to suit, please let me know and I'll update the machine
Hope you all enjoy the machine and as always, stay safe and take care!
P.S. This was done using a mouse instead of the laptop's touchpad and I found it easier and quicker to use it.

  21. Clownin' Around £15/30p/86% by BWB

Here is Clownin' Around by BWB. Set on £15/30p/86%
This machine is very well known for it's emptier which was never chipped.
Good luck finding this machine anywhere in the wild these days for that reason.
Anyway, as I had some images from when I owned this machine of the £15 decals I thought
it could do with an update on the higher jackpot amount.
Thanks to @Tommy c for his version which helped me with the lamp numbers and to whoever provided
    the BWB reel symbol resources.
Anything wrong, please let me know, but for some reason the 'nudge now' lamp doesn't appear to work
except in attract mode. Looking at the lamp matrix, it doesn't appear to light anything when nudges are active.
    Thanks for downloading.

    RIP WIZARD.
thanks to @Clo06 for helping me with the wrong one i tried to make haha, thanks to @johnparker007 for nudging me in the right direction.. thanks to @Tommy c for the reels used which are gorgeous..
this is the first version i have found that has the original FLO'S faces in 95% of the chase as i caught bits of youtube videos, i also managed to get original nudge now, and exchange wording but had to redraw the mystery wording. you may notice i'm pretty pleased with myself for that..
until uncle @vectra666 get's back from barbados the coin effects in and out are muted..
it's super large as i dream of seeing it in AS. not a egg game though.
have fun and keep it MFME..
