  1. Have a look at these 2 cabinets made by @Reg and @WibbleWobble for a bit of inspiration of what has been done before... good luck. Hoping to make one myself some day...
  2. Saw the Degsy Degworth video for this and couldn't get over here quick enough! Thank you @stanmarsh14and his mystery friend for making these roms available! Brilliant stuff! :)
  3. Remember playing this in the Ship Inn, Sittingbourne back in the day... good machine as i remember it... thanks for the release, Chloe - it will be good to play this and hear the brilliant sound package again
  4. Thank you for sharing with us Mort.. Its a shame Wizard is no longer with us... I had wondered what the legendary man was like - i don't even know what he looked like, i dare say a pic of him was around in the past on the likes of Fruit Forums etc... I once thought how brilliant it would of been to of had a Degsey Degworth video about Wizard - what the man was like, what his own MFME machine would of looked like, the future development of MFME - what else Wizard enjoyed tinkering with etc... sadly without Wizard we will never completely know but it is interesting to see stuff like this from his workmate. Brilliant stuff! :)

After watching Degsey Degworth play this on YouTube last night,, i thought i'd download it and have a bash myself! Cheers to all involved in making this emulated.
  6. Thank you! I used to play this loads in the Ship, Sittingbourne back in the mid 1990s
  7. Thanks Vectra. Seen these in Leysdown a few years back, but don't think i ever played one... Probably nowt to do with the TV show of the same name i guess! - Hi de Hi campers!!
  8. Wow, thanks for this layout, @slotsmagic. Played the 4 player sit down one, in Leysdown with the huge board... always liked Adders n Ladders in it's different forms over the years. I believe this is the one with the smug voice that goes "Climbing up....." going up the ladder and "Sliding down..." going down the ladder.
  9. Ahhh i used to play this loads in Herne Bay... 2p play i think it was. 50 plays for a pound... Bargain! Cheers
  10. Chris.... "Wizard" I could'nt believe my luck back in 2003 when i googled "Fruit machine emulation" and stumbled upon the fairplay campaign which was where i found your brilliant emulator for the first time. I was on a mates PC as i didn't yet own one, but after seeing Eastenders fruit machine playing exactly like the real thing, and finding the Fruit Emu site and downloading more, It felt like a thousand christmas's had all come at once. Your magical piece of programming, - MFME was the reason i saved up to buy my own PC and in April 2004 i was playing your brilliant emulator on my own PC and it was like a dream... i just could not believe i was playing REAL arcade fruit machines in my own bedroom! Thank you for creating the masterpiece that is MFME, and making mine, and countless other people's dreams come true. It is such a shame you are gone too soon... 55 years is such a short time. I hope you had a wonderful life, and hope you are now wherever, you would of wished to be yourself. Take care, Chris. You are a legend.
  11. I learned of this sad news yesterday, when i went on Youtube to watch the latest Degsey Degworth video. I could'nt believe what i was hearing, i didn't want to believe it. Reg is right, it's definately the saddest day. Wizard's brilliant emulator was the reason i bought my first PC, back in 2004, and I agree with Degsey in that MFME is the most magical thing i've seen a computer do. Have had so much enjoyment from playing it over all these years. There is so much i never knew about this programming god, i'd loved to of seen what his MFME cabinet would of looked like, i bet it would of been out of this world. Still can't believe Wizard is gone. God bless Wizard, take care.
  12. Ahh, remember the days of tokens... win em in the pub and then trying to "convert them into cash"... luckily the pub would accept tokens to buy drinks and snacks with, so i'd get lots of chocolate and crisps with me drinks...
