Whilst search the roms given to me ages back from @Geddy i stumbled upto these so loaded them up within my Big Ten/£15 layout and hey presto they ran! So as you can see from the image the X's are at £5 and Bar's £10 so a different prize ratio to the normal £1/£5, again as i've no real images of the actual machine i've basically redecalled Big Ten to suit as the lamps etc are the same, this appears to go down to £6tokens? £3 cash? this layout is unlocked incase the real images of Big Time show up Plays in mfme v20.1 Enjoy this different variant and Happy Gaming!!!

  2. After joining this site a few days ago, I quickly learned that Chris, Wizard was no longer with us. As with everyone on here would have been at the time and likely still is, I was saddened by this. I’ve seen his name on the emulators and games I have been playing since 2006, but sadly never had the chance the meet him or thank him for the many hours of fun I’ve had in the last 15 years, pressing space,1,2,3 and hoping for a win. I hope he can still see the community he helped bring together and the joy he has brought to us all. I was pointed to Wizards Rest by another member and felt it only right to come and say thank you Chris, I will share a thought for you and and your family every time the reels dance a jackpot for me

  4. I think the only major difference is the title ie big ten - big time so wouldn’t worry about it also “if” you do it’ll need brand new artwork

So here it is my first layout (well technically second as my first was Rich & Famous many many moons ago). Its been great fun to be able to do layouts again especially with the new tools in MFME. Lamping is so much easier nowadays compared to years ago! Decent photos were used for stitching together and the reels were recreated from scratch. NAME: Overload MANUFACTURER: Barcrest CABINET: Genesis SYSTEM: MPU 5 STAKE: 30p 85% £25 Jackpot Thanks to the following for help with the layout: @Wizard For the greatest emulator ever coded. @Steveir For the classic layout which I used for the lamp numbers and configuration. @infection For pointing me in the direction of the artwork @BL4K For the YouTube video which I used many times for reference @vectra666 For help with the overlays and testing @slotsmagic For the reel images @bungle For Lamping help and general guidance. Finally thanks to the following for Beta testing and spotting some silly mistakes: @Reg @Chopaholic @wearecity @vectra666 @slotsmagic

In memory of Chris J. Wren Thanks go to.. Wizard for MFME Geddy & Bugs for their classic (used as a base for this) Shortcuts included in the text file This was redrawn from the flyer by me in 2008 and has sat on an old hard drive since, a case of me being disillusioned by the fact that the more elements i had to redraw i felt no closer to where it should be. So i have decided to release it the way it was finished back then, probably a purists nightmare.. Take it for what it is.. Nick. **Update** Should be fixed now, knew i would cock it up.

Here we have Gold Rush Stampede - Stand up 3 Player. Set on £25 / 30p / 90% by Barcrest Many thanks to @infection who again provided imaged for this release. This has taken a LOT of time to get right. It's still not 100% perfect due to the quality of the images, and the strange thing where some of the lamps on the top board are lit using the slave units (this is the reason why the bottom 5 or so lamps on the left and right hand side of the top board are not lit - This is a limitation I cannot think of a way around). Also I've had to 'guess' a few of the lamp numbers so they may not act 100% to the real thing. These things do not have a lamp test mode to help! Also I have been scratching my head for a long time trying to figure out how to get the Barcrest multiplayers to work and link-up in the emulator. Finally figured it out With that being said, I hope you enjoy this release as much as I enjoyed the challenge of creating it.

Come Back Ere!!! ooh no pet. Here's Another incarnation of that lovable rogue Andy Capp with his battle axe miss's Flo (ahh bless her lol) this time a blueprint/betcom love affair Thanks goto @Reg for base reel lamp help @hitthesix for major help with the blue seven segs and hi lo reel and to all others i may of missed that have helped in bringing this game to the virtual world for all of us to enjoy before the final on Sunday!!, Goodluck England!!!! hopefully everything's in order, "if" anyone gets the first bank of blue segs working let us know, but i don't think it affects the game as the deal feature the smallest amount is £1 although if you get the jackpot they may intermittently light up etc also didn't get the number 9 on megastreaks/streaks so not entirely sure its correct as in 30p payout Shortcuts written within the notes As for a IM board this seams to have a "flicker" instead of the standard red light on the logo Plays in Mfme V20.1 Enjoy and Happy Gaming!!!!

Thanks To @Chopaholic @logopolis for having a test to make sure everything ran as it should and to the late wizard for the new mfme. MFME V 20.1 ONLY.

Next up this slot is still found up n down the country but was very popular back in the day, its Super Red Bar this is using concept roms as the originals aren't emulatable due to certain security on then, but appears to play a good game. like the £70 version dx'ed by @Multi Retro Man the lamps aren't totally correct but seam to light ok. thanks goto @hitthesix for the classic i used in making this to @Mazza500 for font id for the re-written cash decals to @Wizard without this man's genius we'd be twiddling our thumbs wondering what to do on a wet afternoon. God bless you!!! i hope you're looking down on us knowing you're legacy is still going strong! Shortcuts are as standard, Plays in MFME V20.1 Enjoy and Happy Gaming!!!!

Hey everyone. Here is Xs & Os 2 Player by Barcrest. Set on £25/30p/90% With thanks again to @infection's Google Drive from where I sourced the photo images from. This is a great little game from Barcrest. Seems very fair and playable with regular boards and wins. Took a while to clean up thew photos and get the game running correctly, but if you notice anything wrong, then please let me know. Think its the only 2 player I know of. Depending on your screen resolution, you may find the game windows open up completely jumbled or in the wrong place. It may take a little time to 'stitch' them together, but once you've aligned them up once, when you close the topbox, they should load correctly the next time you load them up! Enjoy playing. Thanks

There are no sound roms available for this machine and it will not boot without them so have used a mismatched set which aren't friendly on the ears so be careful if you ram clear the machine. Other than that not a lot to say, seems to be a clone of DOND - What's In Your Box. Sound roms now included thanks to @Player for providing them! Once more Bellfruit did a great sound package for this machine, i really recommend you give it another play! Any issues be sure let me know, shortcuts in the layout notes as per. Enjoy

Thanks to wizard for the new mfme 19,Machine is jackpot ready and has a gam and ram back up file in the layout.Short cuts are the usual. USE MFME V 19.5 ONLY.

  30. I don't have a photo to provide I'm afraid but I just wanted to add a note. I'm nearly 40 years old now, and I'm sat in my bedroom having a chuckle saying to myself 'I'm oot-a here' playing Andy Capp, just like I did when I was many years younger growing up living in a pub. It means more than it probably sounds like it should to me, and it wouldn't be possible without you Wizard/Chris. Take it easy my man.

  33. Lowering the tone of the thread/place, but there were a couple of controversial ones as well, which I only visited out of curiosity, once or maybe twice. Rate My *** .com, showing toilet bowls let's say and the one which showed, murder scenes and accident scene pictures, *ot*en.com Hope I haven't offended anyone, but those two were well known sites in the late 90's. No intention of looking to see if they still exist, because they were disgusting.
