Many thanks for this one
I think a DX would be nice in future
It will come in time depending if we’ve decent enough art for it looked at what we have several times in the past a fair few of these maygays have poor quality artwork unfortunately.
I was lucky with the likes of sudden impact and Manhattan skyline semi decent photos and jet stream wasn’t to bad either

@vectra666 i had a day, thanks for holding/or not haha for the top spot!!
actually starting to lean more to your point of view where image are concerned at the moment... just doing so much editing, to be honest i just really want a nice easy one haha..
and thanks for the bad boy layout.. you're certainly not afraid of the number of lamps eh haha no wonder you're doing a low tech next haha need to take the rest hah
loads of lamps not many lamps makes no difference this layout only took say 20hrs as its fairly straight forward some of your layouts arent as they contain overlapping lamps and the such , go on mate do a dond they're greaaatttt!!!!

Will this mean the Arena version of Adders and Ladders will be playable at some point?
I suppose it can if roms and decent images are found

many thanks for this. Should this do the "which slot is hot" thing, as the % display on the top box is blank?
It should but not sure how to activate it also the sec3 -2 is wrong for the out meters should be -1 I’ll re upload laters tonight weather permitting

Great work as always @vectra666 You could empty these on the first roms 5p a play £5 jackpot they were always ready after switch on. You were always guaranteed a fiver within a fiver might take a first 3 credits might take £4.95. Reset, repeat method. Barcode was easiest way 1-3-2 keep your finger on start quickly release and press again always jackpot on the middle column, barcode backwards go for zoom same feature as 1-3-2. These were wall to wall in Butlins Skegvegas arcades and Havens up and down the north east coast safe to safe I wasn't welcome as a paying day visitor for long. Also had a exact clone in a yellow cabinet called Tornado. Not sure if the method will work on this with it being 20p/£8 can it be changed to 5p/£5?
It is on 10p/£5 so suppose it could be set to 5p via the dip switches in configuration menu

@vectra666 just got home and load this up and noticed that compared to the current version (£70 ) that i have you have a shadow along the top of the feature and the current one does not. dont know if this can been changed.
Great work tho and really want to use your layout if there is away to remove the shadow
That’s because the original layout was flyer based where as this one is a real image layout the inner board is sunken on the real machine causing a shadow effect

500, WOW - WELL DONE!!!
I had forgotten this cabinet existed. It didn't last long - I bet the buttons got sticky easily after a bit of a spilled pint and that's maybe why.
Off to give it a go. Thanks Vecs.
Interceptor was another in this cab

Many thanks for this.
One thing I noticed was that when I got the Super Hold was it showed a win of say, £2 but there were only 2 x red double bars and a single green one and when I selected it, it then only won the 40p. Is this a hidden feature thing?
Maybe you held the cherries above the win line, this is corrected now or see the screenshot uploaded n the release replies

This is right bang in the center of the era that I love, and if honest, never seen this as an £8 JP, and looking forward to see how it plays. I've the £10 JP, and that plays pretty much how it did all those years back, when in the arcade. Would love to see a £5 JP of this, does it exist?
Great Work Woodsy, this is another classic added to your collection, Im gonna have to make a folder and call it "Woodsy"
@woodsy Five one does exist seen YouTube of mr ps the centre cash features have fruit symbols and cash ladder starts at 20p

Many Thanks its a Great Layout ...did a great job removing the flash saying that i can almost see what shirt i was wearing on the day
Yep that no 5 was a right pig to blend etc with the flash on it also removed your fingers from the main board, might slap it on 90% see if it plays better

Thanks Vecs,
Was this a rip-off of BFM's first low- medium tech machines? I never saw this one, just many of the Bell Fruit Scorpion 2 models, including a couple I owned as an older teenager. They had such a sexy cabinet compared to the rest of this era.
Maybe the cab wouldn't have looked so sexy if I was getting any...
Nah it also housed take two another top notch mid tech , most of these machines in the early 90’s had the same features including skill cash and unlike todays Shite you could hit the £2/2.40/3 repeater or jackpot from low features

Yep a great looking DX, hopefully one day, the bigger jackpot brother version of it, will get a cracking DX.
WHat ones that? The £25 one it could be done with the existing art if decals arise

Having played this one in the arcades and not liking it (it didn't give me any winnings) I played this one and won more than I put in.
Many thanks for this one, really good as always
That’ll soon change lol I filled it up a bit prior to release! Try the earlier 1.2 roms uploaded within the main topic as never know it may play better although a machine no matter how good the roms are supposed to be will only pay/play to the percentage set on

Thanks for this.
It worked wonderfully the first time I opened it. It also looks great.
However, when I try and open it again the top box shows but it is surrounded by a big bright green background and none of the slave units are visible and I can't seem to get them to show even though they appear in my task bar.
Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong would be most welcome.
SOr the top box showing green edging
A. Edit mode, window/ Original Size / borderless mode
if only the top box loading then you’ll need to load them all and manually
B. firstly open mfme
1. load top box.gam, this will open just the top box part.
2. next open another instance of mfme and load “slave 1.gam this should bring up slave 1 on screen, if so position it to where it should be
next , for the other three slaves, repeat step 2. If successful you should see a top box and four units in their relevant positions, If they show green edges follow stage, A.!! For each slave unit
if they look like what’s shown in the uploaded image above you’ve done good, finally press Alt + L this will link the machines to the top box
this is done so when you open this again via mfme you only need to open the top box.gam and the rest should follow. This is written via phone so may not be totally correct

Great release. Despite me being too young to have played most of these JPM machines when they were actually out and about, they do give some of the best games. Your lamps on the cash/features/knockouts do work, they swap from the inner lamp being lit to the two outer lamps when the 'super' matrix is filled. Don't know if they are meant to be red lamps instead as a result?
Also, very nice touch, not actually blending the lamps but doing them how you did. As we've all seen by now. JPM jackpot sequences tend to slow down in MFME, but that seems to help prevent it - having them as separate bulbs instead.
I did blend the lamps but you can “tidy” them up in mfme to make these games run quicker as was slow as f on the jackpot sequence before I did this

Thanks for this Vectra looks super and is a really nice machine. I am always surprised that whilst there were a few of the Crazy fruits type machines around that there were not more done. When you think how many DOND machines were made. Thanks Vectra for releasing this. Quite a fun game with great sounds. Just before the time when amusement went out of the name AWP
You’d be surprised how many machines are clones of each other across the manufactures
the crazy fruits green by bellfruit for instance there’s clones by global (utter nutter) and the like

I think it shouldn't have been a kiwi fruit, the other version shows a coconut. Down Under is for Australia (g'day sport, hav ya seen ma digeridoo?) and kiwi is New Zealand but it really doesn't matter, I think it looks fine as it is.
I wonder what filling the top words including the kangaroo actually does.
Does anyone on here know?
Thanks in advance
Have you done the test mode reel check thingy what does it say it is

I expect it’s only the flick of a checkbox switch to make it token and simply rewrite the jackpot text to 4.80 I choose the token one but as said tick the checkbox for all cash whatever it is, probs the same one as Manhattan was
