  1. Man, i just had to make a thread out of this, i just want to thank Laylow and all others for making Dutch machines come alive on my cab. I spend lot's of hours on this thing and im LOVING the machines Laylow makes, thanks man for all your hard work. Also very cool to see some of the old names from the era of fruity.nl on my screen again, Patje PSV comes to mind. Ahhhh 80's & 90's bliss. Bedankt mannen voor AL jullie werk, ik waardeer het ENORM !!

Okay, after thinking this was going to be an easy one, I looked at another machine then got excited about doing a better version of my previous release of Mario Karts and then remembered this one and lost interest in this and wanted to just enjoy playing some games on my laptop and doing various designs for T-Shirts, Mugs etc and also putting some photos I've taken for competitions and won one. Anyhow, enough of that waffle, I am pleased to release this one, even though the lit face has a bit too much light on it. I will always give thanks first to @Wizard for his fantastic emulator and the help he gave me whilst I was learning how to create these DX's and hope he's looking down on us all with great fondness and warmth in his heart. Secondly, thanks to @Mavroz for agreeing to let me release my version and I think @infection provided images for this (it's been that long and I can't find the messages, but think he deserves thanks for the new images provided for all the other machines and forthcoming ones I will be releasing). I did my best to make it better but got to the point that I just wanted to release it and as @Mavroz is going to release a version with better graphics when they get better images, I thought I'd release this as it is and hopefully you will enjoy it I did have thoughts of doing T-Shirts, Hoodies, Mugs etc. based on some fruit machine layouts or whatever and wondered what you think and what you might like to see? I do have a Facebook page that I can upload these to so if you'd like to see them or anything else retro related, it's at Multi Retro Mania (I hope that I'm allowed to mention it on here). Anyhow, I'd like to finish by saying I hope that everyone is keeping well and safe and I am so proud to be part of this fantastic MFMEF (Multiple Fruit Machine Emulator Family)

  4. Yeah great work @Laylow with all these Dutch layout releases, much appreciated And I thought I recognised that name, I used to be quite VP-focused many years back!

  5. Have done some fixes/improvements to Indy scrape/manual layout, getting there now Reels are slightly misaligned in this (and also the MPU4 machines I did with MAME), not urgent, but shouldn't be too bad to sort out when I get chance to work on it. Indy still occasionally has a 'Error 7.3', it didn't in this vid, but that'll need fixing MAME-side.

  6. Your cab made me start Nemo, so thanks to you too. After years of visual pinball I find this very entertaining and a great little community too.

  8. Coming back to this after some beer Found another machine that has pretty much identical parameters to Indy, that I'd already converted for MFME; Give Us A Break:

  9. I was on VPForums for a while - I did a little hacking around with the source, but only uploaded one patch build (that allowed you to load VP layouts that needed more GPU memory then was available, feature was later done properly by the dev team, so it's no longer an issue). And part built a VP cab about 10 years back, but drifted away, due to lack of time. Amazing the progress in that scene

  10. Love how the lamps show up and very pleasing to the eye, remember though to take your rest breaks as am sure this stuff can drain you after a while, drained me on completing a layout so dread to think of the intricacy of this project you are creating. Nice one John

  11. Completely 100% agree

  12. Yeah reason for small layouts are because so many people use laptops or PCs with low spec, and they can freeze/crash or no sync up in multiplayers. Hence single machines I tend to do them larger, and do the Multiplayers smaller to both fit on a screen comfortably and run smoothly

  15. Yeah nice win. You basically got it up to a 32x multiplier, and I imagine the odds of that are very low indeed. It can probably be worked out with a bit of effort and if they're transparent with the various probabilities, but it should be far less than 1% of Pachinko games.

  16. Norwegian version of my old Indy.

  17. I most certainly second that as it is refreshing to play machines other than English ones which I have been doing since I could crawl. I also want to send a massive thanks to all other designers from around the globe who have contributed to no end within this community. Thanks again to all designers here but a special one to our foreign friends.

  20. Moved onto looking at JPMs thru MAME rescaled the Vogue cab, it's apparently right if my measurements are to be believed, though I thought it would be slightly taller than the old Barcrest MPU4s... Converted Indy, working with various issues: reels wrong (this was expected as I need to do some work there), alpha display reversed (linked to MAME data layout automation work yet to do), main issue is an emulation-related one, get an error after machine has been running for a bit - this'll need fixing in MAME driver. Also, no input mapping yet, as I need to do work to get this new tech mapping across (so playing on the weird keys with MAME window focused).

  24. Nah - sadly not - but it's a small price to pay for me to have to apply it for the support the site gets from members such as yourself. Thank you again.

(Maybe someone knows how to fix) I found some beautiful images to update the older layout, so here it is. Thanks to the unknown creator, rom and image provider, Wizard (RIP) for MFME. Have fun!

  30. Thanks for this one. I've noticed that quite a few of these machines tend to spin a lot more than other machines.
