  1. Go into the preferences in MFME and untick Snapshot Reminder, that may stop that happening.
  2. On my first load up, all machines wouldn't start for me, I could hit enter and stand in front of them, but then nothing happened. On the second load no issues. One issue I can't see on the list, but I'm sure is known about, is that the box amount on all DOND machines are visible and on some the box amount reel isn't lined up properly. I saw some cabinets, when standing looking at them from a 90 degree angle and from behind the machine, you could see what looks like the framework at the top side of the cab was detached from the rest of the cab. A minor issue, the feature entry music on Adders and Ladders is cut short and when you get a win, it normally does a drop down of the lamps to the win gained and then does a countdown on amounts lighting the feature exchange against amounts one at a time, but AS immediately show them, rather than light a lamp at a time.
  3. I went to 4k, a year ago, when I got my new PC, but I don't even think 4k has hit its peak yet. I think 8k gaming is a good few years away yet.

Storm Force A Global machine on Epoch Tech £25 Jackpot , 30p Play, 82% Payout This layout uses Club Storm Force sounds, which appear to be a 100% match. To me the sounds on this are some of the best I've heard on a fruit machine, really upbeat and catchy. KEYS: ' = CANCEL 1-3 HOLDS 1-3, C= COLLECT, X = EXCHANGE, SPACE = START Q = LEFT HI, A = LEFT LO, W = MID HI, S = MID LO, E = RIGHT HI, D = RIGHT LO F = COLLECT FEATURE, H = COLLECT CASH, K = COLLECT KNOCKOUTS 0 = INSERT £1 THANKS TO: Wizard (RIP) for the spectacular MFME Matty N for the reel belt and for the club version in general, which helped me find reel settings Infection for some pictures for reference (one of the 3 shown below) The rom provider Global for leaving FME alone
  5. They are not available in the current released build. But should be in the next build, along with some bug fixes.

Hot Dogs £25 Jackpot, 25p play, 82% Payout An Impulse Gaming machine on Epoch Tech THIS LAYOUT IS MUTE Again I have no pictures to go by, so will not 100% represent the layout of the real machine. KEYS: 0= Insert £1 ' = Cancel/Collect, 1-3 = Holds 1-3, A/N = Auto Nudge, E/X= Xchange, Space= Start P= Picks, L= Step Left, R= Step Right, M/U = Move Up STREAKS: 1 Bone = 1 Streak symbol 3 streaks available, Orange (will be white on real machine), Blue, Red. Red is the top streak. Upon entering feature, it's possible for the red streak to stretch the whole line of streak symbols, if in a jackpot ready mood, so just 1 bone = Red Streak. The reverse, if the first streak lamp isn't orange (can be first two lamps if in bad mood), then it means a minimum of 2 or 3 bones needed for the first streak to become available. Thanks to: Wizard (RIP) for the fantastic MFME The Program rom provider Impulse for leaving FME alone
  7. Ah ok, Vecra666, maybe right about you have too few posts. I'm sure Reg will help you out. As it's your layout, I guess you can upload to wherever you want. But to keep things as neat and tidy and to get the most people to see and download it, it's best to upload it via the downloads here. Providing it's your own work, uploading it here, will also improve your reputation on the site and get you a fml artist badge. So people will know you are a layout producer.
  8. Hi, do you not have submit file on this page? https://www.desertislandfruits.com/forum/index.php?/files/
  9. Yes, Click on design, then edit mode (or CTRL E), then click on the configuration tab. Where it says display port, make sure you check meters, it's probably checked for Displays. Then close the configuration screen, come out of edit mode (press CTRL E). Then reload the layout and it say yes to accept changes. The above will work on several MPU3 machines, that will alarm when trying to enter coins.
  10. To stop the reels going out of sync, go into design, edit mode, then right click on reel 1, choose properties, then on the left hand side put a 2 in the Opto Tab box and apply the change. Come out and then do that for the other two reels. It will instantly stop it happening, then just save the changes when finished playing. There are several layouts for this machine, some have the 2 into the Opto Tab box, for anyone else, thinking it doesn't do that on my version.
  11. Or running for the last bus or train, cause you desperately are trying to claw back some money. Or maybe kicked a machine in anger and are trying to escape from the manager. I guess overtime the arcade will be configurable so we can create areas of machines. Love to see other user created ones too.
  12. Go into edit mode, right click on each reel choose properties and on the left hand side of the properties screen adjust the reel band offset until the reels line up. If at 0, adjusting them by just a couple either way usually - 2 or +2 works. It happened to many sys5 layouts in the later versions of MFME.

Cut Throat Cash A Global Games machine on Epoch Tech £5 Jackpot 10p play, 90% Payout My first £5 layout. This is a 99.9% clone of Cannonball Run, made for the £5 market, but the roms will go up to £25 Jackpot. Layout is unlocked and for reference, lamp numbers are the same, so if any pictures are present an easy £25 classic could be created or if good enough pictures a £25 DX. Sound roms from Cannonball Run a perfect fit, so may have even been used for the real machine itself. KEYS: Cancel = ` Hold Buttons 1-3 = 1-3, Collect = C, Auto Nudge = N, Start = Space Take Cash = H, Take Feature = F, Take Pot (take on layout) = P, Shuffle = E Left Hi = Q Left Lo = A Right Hi = W Right Lo = S Insert £1 = 0 THANKS TO: Wizard (may he RIP) for the wonderful MFME Vecs for the reels from Cannonball Run, a huge time saver Char042102 & Johnny AFC for some pictures to go by, another huge time saver. The rom provider for both program and sounds (sounds from Cannonball Run) Global Games for leaving FME alone.
  14. Another enjoyable video. Loved, Hot Dogs, me and a girl I worked with, played it many times in a few arcades. I sent a picture of the layout to her, a little while back on Facebook and she instantly remembered it. We used to go for Butch 9/10, with the odd time for Fritz. but never Flash. All the features were worth an exchange, because they could all give £3 +, even Money Belt and Spin A Win. Fairground, is another one, I played many times in many places, but always found it quite frustrating, so never pushed it for the anything beyond £3 repeat. Always felt the feature board was a bit too short.
  15. When travelling, I play FME on v20.1, on a Surface pro bought in 2015, without any issue.

Torture TV. A Maygay machine on Epoch Tech. £15 Jackpot, 30p Play 82% Payout. THIS LAYOUT IS MUTE. Could very well be a failed test machine, it appears to be a 100% Simpsons clone. It does have a TV gameshow vibe about it, reminds me of the Japanese gameshow programme Endurance that used to feature on Clive James on TV (later Chris Tarrant on TV). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mRklA6KRmo&ab_channel=BestVines Some of the feature names maybe incorrect as they are not always mentioned on the alpha, when you take them, although Hi Ro cash is not a spelling error. KEYS: Cancel = `, Hold = 1, Hold 2/Hi = 2, Hold 3 = 3, Collect/Stop = C, Exchange = E, Start = Space. Collect Nudges = N, Collect Cash = T, Collect Feature = F Insert £1 = 0 Thanks to: Wizard (RIP) for the wonderful MFME. Ross for the reels from Cash Gordon and London Underground The rom provider

Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde A Vivid Gaming machine on MPU5 tech. This layout will work on v6.1 or later versions of the emulator, I saw no advantage in restricting it to v20.1 users, particular, as we will be getting a DX. Firstly, this has been a good FME team effort again. Naturally Wizard for the emulator. I believe the program/sound roms were from different people. The reels from Pandy's Hi-Lo Karate a god send. Plus we had several pictures gathered and lots of talk and suggestions about settings to get it up and running, as it was a real fussy git, that would alarm if you even looked at it the wrong way lol. Anyway, it's 30p Play, £25 Jackpot, 82% Payout One note, that's not obvious, Mr. Hyde knife, which activates super feature, is also used for the Vivid feature, Rise & Fall, which was a real pain in getting the lamps correctly functioning, but they do now work. No transfer button on layout, as no note acceptor on my layout or the image I used for reference. But the button is available and lamped, along with all additional lamps, that aren't required in a classic layout to the right of the layout off screen. KEYS: 0 = Insert £1, ' = Cancel/Collect, N = Auto Nudge & Take Nudges 1-3 = Hold 1-3, E = Exchange, Space = Start Q= Left Hi, A = Left lo, W= Right Hi, S = Right Lo
  18. I assume you meant Butlins lol. I used to go on a weekly family holiday to Butlins Bognor yearly normally in April or September every year from the early 70's until the mid 90's. So no doubt, we would be playing in the same arcade a few times.
  19. Great to see the 2p machines featured. It's strange, because I remember playing these PCP machines at Butlins when I was late teens/early 20's, due to the fact that a couple of quid could last you ages. 30 years later, when playing them in the emulator, I always had it in my head, that these machines were from the early 80's because of the stake and prize. But they were actually new machines when I was playing them and not a bunch of old machines that had been bought up by Butlins, due to the amount of kids who would be able to play them. Also played them in seaside arcades, but never really saw them in town arcades in Cities.

Cardinal Spin £25, 30p play, 82% payout A Maygay machine on Epoch tech THIS LAYOUT IS MUTE. As usual another mute/without pictures Epoch classic layout. The reels are a mismatch of reels from various layouts. The top reel I tried to centre the writing on the reels, but using the roll up part within the emulator, throws up an execution error. But it all functions correctly, which is the main thing. KEYS: In notes Thanks to: Wizard (RIP) for MFME The rom provider. Maygay for leaving the scene alone.
  22. On the portal page, you will find the donation link. Yes MPU3 layouts are available. I have 58 in my collection, which doesn't include the numerous layouts that are not graphical DX ones, but in classic form.
  23. Had a quick look, to get rid of the alarm, you need to select serial from the hopper drop down in the configuration screen. Hopefully you or someone can sort the rest out as I don't have time today now
