Is that the single player one or the triple version? I've just tried the roms I have labelled (triple) but it turns out they're the single player ones. I did that one years ago anyway

When you first downloaded the layout, everything should have been in place and no alterations should have been necessary. You could maybe try downloading it again and overwriting your existing files.

That's correct, the MFME source code was private which means no more updates beyond MFME 20.1. However magical things are happenning with johnparker007's Arcade Simulator which takes MFME to a whole new level.

Had to install a load of additional windows 10 updates, then eventually was allowed to download and install the latest Beta of Windows 11. First indications are - Hmmm, I suppose its OK, at least MFME and Arcade Simulator run fine although the sound is a tad more choppy. I'm sure this will be fixed in time. Played a few games too and there semed to be a bit of a lag here and there but nothing too bad. I'm sure NVIDIA will be issuing updates too which should fix the problem. If I find any other issues I'll report them here. Gonna have a play around now and see what else is new, but just wanted to say if anyone is worried about MFME not working in Windows 11, its OK it does

Deleted everything and started again with the original installer and .....................WOW!!! This is simply stunning work JP, thanks for all the hard work. I can't wait to see what this Sim is capable of in the coming months.

Still not working for me. The updater got to 125% then stopped with the 'failed' message. Its fine though, I know you're putting a hell of a lot of work into this and I'm happy to wait till the bugs are ironed out.

Anyone remember the PEN1 saga? Not good! I've only ever provided one sound rom from my own machine for the scene which Gary kindly sorted for me via Daysleeper! Apart from that I've sourced 100s of roms by various means plus quite a few photos I've taken myself. I have to say I've had nothing but full support when I've asked for resources in the past and I can't really see why some people are so tight. Luckily we still have people who are more than happy to keep providing resources. Without this the FME scene would have dried up years ago

Big Breakfast Casino was only ever playable in Amber for which there is no converter, it has to be done manually. I've had a look and got it playable but there are a few issues still to overcome. Anyway its being looked at

I have a couple of Reflex ones done with red & blue features but yes, they're too new for a release just yet.

Haze was very active on the FME forums a few years ago, then for some unknown reason he dissapeared into the wilderness. I stll keep tabs on what he's up to though, and I saw he was looking at FME again.

We don't have a massive following at 'DADs' so we've never seen the need to have download restrictions. Also quite a few designers only release their layouts here so I don't think bandwidth is an issue. Thanks for the 'fix' though
