  1. Thanks for the layout, and as for the start/collect button thing, while I don't think there is a way to assign one clickable button to 2 separate inputs, for keyboard shortcuts, there is absolutely nothing stopping you from making 2 buttons that have the same keyboard shortcut as long as they don't do two things at the same time. Eg. Ready to Rock has separate hold (nudge) and hi-lo buttons as you can both nudge and hi-lo gamble at the same time, however if the 2 key were assigned to hold 2 and hi at the same time, (assuming you can still nudge manually) the game would either guess the action or just do nothing as if no button were pressed at all. On the flipside this game, the start and collect buttons are active at different times hence both can be used by the same keyboard shortcut.
  2. Ah welcome to the club mate, I'm an Aussie myself. Unfortunately I don't have too much else to offer because I've seen no fruit machines IRL.
  3. Thanks for this fresh GIFt to the FME community.
  4. Here's a free alternative (OPTISouvenir-Bold): https://www.whatfontis.com/FF_OPTISouvenir-Bold.font Also here's a tip, most fruit machine manufacturers used fonts from what I like to call the OPTI series because every single one starts with OPTI. Here are some examples When it comes to western fruit machines like Lucky Strike (Mk 1 & 2) the font used is called "OPTIRodeo", Red Dog Saloon is the paid version of OPTIRodeo. Barcrest used the font "OPTIBevis-Extra" on a bunch of their fruit machines but most prominently on their Eliminator game. Finally the font used on JPM's Casino Crazy number reel is "OPTIChartresGothic-Bold".
  5. The earlier version to 'Each Way Nudge' I would say Also a little hint for anyone wanting to play this: when both numbers match that's a no-lose gamble (though what that really means is the next gamble will win even though the hi-lo reel can still spin to a loosing number) Nice layout BTW
  6. I would have thought "Italian Job 2" but okay, also no I have no idea how that cash stack works. P.S. Thanks for the Layout Spider!
  7. Nice to see a new Barcrest machine and especially from a layout that's fresh and clean! P.S. Something about that sudden jump from 5 pound to 10 pound tells be that this machine was a native 5 pound machine which I think is pretty rare for hi-techs.
  8. Hot DAMN!! I'll be looking forward to (what I'll dub) your Original layouts!
  9. Excuse me... WHAT?! Correct me if I'm wrong but do you mean you can make new Scorpion 4 ROMs? Like original games?
  10. (Sorry that this is late) Ah, thanks for this; your DX of BFM's Lucky Strike is looking fi-... wait, what do you mean that's a Barcrest game? No, no it's scorpion 4! I-It's got the BFM Logo! It's clearly BFM and NOTHING will sway me otherwise! All jokes aside; fantastic layout, I honestly prefer layouts like this where it's just 2 straight images rather than the lower glass being angled.
  11. THAT'S a layout overhaul, I played the older layouts and for lack of a better term... they were... "meh". THIS layout, fresh from the MFME factory looks the par!
  12. I would assume so and if that's the case ETRIS! Nice layout BTW Spidy
  13. What is this? Barcrest Labyrinth? Haha... I'm gonna try this. Great Layout BTW In case your wondering why I don't say that more often, it's because of this rule I committed myself to: If I can't say something even a little funny, I don't say anything. This is because although to you the "thank yous" and that stuff is nice, to me if I do it on every single layout just saying "Thanks for the Great Layout" it just starts feeling empty, like I just punt them out with no care or soul. That's why sometimes my comments backfire, I'm trying to be funny but no one's laughing.
  14. Basically every number except for the hi-lo reel so the entry trail, the nudges, the cash wins, the centre... yeah.
  15. Good layout, but one thing I do want to ask is what's the font found on all the numbers of this game?
  16. You know what? Same! And the Power pills on the Super board filling the same trail but not erasing in between board feels more Japanese than German to me. So safe to say, I like this game!
  17. Ahh I think I have this exact layout in it's earlier form, it's nice to see old layouts getting overhauls even if relativity minor.
  18. While I don't really like the older machines (due to them being really simple) this DX looks like it came fresh from the factory!
  19. If there's one thing I've learned from subreddits like r/facepalm and r/there was an attempt; it would be the internet in general is really stupid, as it mainly consists of young teenagers which will get offended at anything... myself included in a sense. These people vary in pretty much the same way you described from the insecure people just trying to threaten you for the sake of doing so just to make themselves feel more powerful than a old guy (like really kid? that's just not fair), these people can be easily avoided. But then there's the other side of the coin, the hackers, these kids are just waiting for the right information to drop so that they can effectively dox you, and from what I remember from your videos the info you let loose could be enough for someone to dox you, THAT'S where things get serious. Now luckily enough from what you've said no one's doxed you but that doesn't mean that hacking an account is a small thing, it isn't, and your Google account at that? (who doesn't use Google) While I'm not exactly happy with your decision overall as it feels a bit nuclear (extreme), I can understand why you did it in the first place. It's situations like these that make me wish that YouTube had some form of privacy setting in-between "public" and "unlisted" where initially they would show up as a private video showing the message "you need to become a member for this channel to see it's content" note that the threshold to becoming a member doesn't have to be a monetary contribution, it could be say a constantly changing password which you PM to someone over say DIF, or it could be a series of questions guided towards FME, that's just my theory but it feels a heck of a lot better than getting rid of dislikes. Anyways, it's sorry to see the channel go, but as people were basically one step away from doxing you, your hands were practically tied. From Brendo/the_bionic_beast さいよならデグジーさん
  20. Is it weird that I prefer Reflexes as my preferred 100 pound poison over Betcoms?
The fact that you turned a slightly angled photo with giant photo lights (the angle would have been fine MRM does that all the time and I'm fine with it) to a straight-forward DX without the flashes is really cool!
  21. I don't think that's the case, if it was an alpha glitch then the machine wouldn't soft-lock i don't have the video because I'm a moron but trust me, it did soft lock trying to find a number somewhere in the stratosphere, also I don't think the machine ever intended all the hi-lo lights to be on at the same time.
  22. Okay so seemingly out of nowhere when I booted up MDM's Final Frontier this happened: I have no idea how this happened but it seems the Hi-Lo lights went to all sorts of shenanigans outputting bonkers numbers like 6545 that you see in the image instead of the usual 1-10. I wish I had gotten a feature instead of a hi-lo gamble so I could see the hilarious board moves. Why? Because after a while of selecting a number for the hi-lo gamble the machine just stops advancing the lights softlocking the machine, reseting the game corrects this glitch.
  23. I saw a video of this game's clone "Knockout" (I believe that's what it was called) and I though "That'd be a good game to play" especially because that game looked like a secret collab between Vivid and Mazooma, and here i am about to download your DX of Ace's High. Many thanks for this!
