slotsmagic Posted January 3, 2022 Report Share Posted January 3, 2022 Even if you could add a note acceptor I'm pretty sure than on a machine of that age you'd be restricted to paper notes, so nothing modern. That's assuming you could get the correct loom, brackets e.t.c. - I'd honestly not bother and leave it as coin only but someone else with more experience of those Maygay cabinets may know more Currently owned digitals : T7 Encore, T7 Original, Astra iPub and Storm Street Casino. Dougsta Posted January 4, 2022 Report Share Posted January 4, 2022 I don't ever remember seeing an Elegance cab with a note acceptor fitted, so it might be impossible in any case. That said, the manual for Duff Beer Guide does mention Note Acceptors, so they must have been planned at some point. Is the round panel where the Global Games sticker sits removable? Mavroz Posted January 4, 2022 Report Share Posted January 4, 2022 Yes the note acceptor fits where the Global Games sticker is. This is a removable panel which can be swapped with the acceptor bezel. These cabinets or the ones I have had previously have always used an Nv4 acceptor which are now obsolete as they cannot be conventionally programmed for polymer notes.
