@retro slotter 1/ Click on one of the slaves, or the top box which makes it invisibly active. 2/ Press ESC on the keyboard and it will bring up the menu bar across the top of the active slave/top box. 3/You can then drag the window to where you want it to be, by holding down the left mouse button, on the white area above where it says File, Game Manager, Design etc and drag it around. 4/ Once in the position you want it to be, press F1 to hide the menu bar. If it not correct still for you, then just press F1 again and drag it again. 5/Repeat for the other slaves and top box if necessary. Once everything is lined up where you want it to be, you can also hold down the left shift key on your keyboard and drag the whole layout around to centre it on your display or put it wherever. When finished playing CTRL Q closes everything down and next time you load it should be in the positions you left them.
  1. It might be because you didn't have enough rep to download you needed 4. You had 2, but I've liked a couple of your previous posts, so you've got 4 now. If not it could be you've hit the free download limit.
  2. On the portal page, on the right hand side, you'll see a support this site part. https://www.desertislandfruits.com/forum/index.php?/portal/
  3. Perhaps it's best to lock this thread at least temporarily, until a conclusion is reached. PM's can always be sent and TBH probably would be better.
  4. Harmful Park, a shooter, released only in Japan I believe for the PS1. One of the weapons is explosive pies. https://youtu.be/Ig6fBfBySwQ
  5. The main reason is because the emulator author wanted it only to be hosted here. With the author no longer with us, it seems even more important their wishes are respected.
  6. Not sure, but I wouldn't be putting any links on here, as it probably won't go down well. The emulator, should not be bundled with layouts and that's just for starters.
  7. Take a look at the gallery section. https://www.desertislandfruits.com/forum/index.php?/gallery/category/5-mfme-layouts/ Select Barcrest and then where it says sort, sort by caption. This will show you the layout in alphabetical order. You'll see all the action bank layouts together with descriptions that match up with the gam file names, see which ones you like the most and keep those gam files. https://www.desertislandfruits.com/forum/index.php?/gallery/category/8-barcrest/&sortby=image_caption ASC%2C image_id &sortdirection=desc
  8. Unless you are not on Windows 10, you should download v20. Everything that works on v6.1, works on v20.1.
  9. Good to know it works and it's a way to help out if it happens to other users.
  10. I can't see any obvious reason and the lamp tests don't show any issues. You are using v20.1 of the emulator? To make sure click on about, when you load the emulator up.
  11. To assist identifying the problem, which repeat chance and super lights stay on. I.E, against which cash amount and which features.
  12. Hi @The-Stranger I've sent you a message, which hopefully will sort it. Everyone else, another member had a similar issue when updating v19 to v19.8, I sent them v19.8 in a message. Wizard had no issue in me doing this, as it was clear they had v19.
  13. I think, you might have missed the quote to who you are replying too. EDIT....I think I missed part of Infections post

    Family Guy

I downloaded this, to check this out, it give an on/off alarm 48, but then it clears after 30-60 seconds. Once the message clears, the display goes blank for 5-10 seconds, then you get the attract sequence and it's playable. It sounds like, you saw the alarm and haven't given it time to clear. Also loading it back in, when the alarm is going off won't work, because the machine thinks it been switched back off and on again in quick time, so it will just alarm again. Let it clear, play it normally, then you shouldn't see that alarm again.
  15. On this page, on the right hand side, you'll see support this site. https://www.desertislandfruits.com/forum/index.php?/portal/ It can be a one off donation, or many of us, choose to drop something in, yearly to support the site. But it's entirely up to you, as we are a small group, it's as important, to join in the discussions about anything that interests you and particularly if you have memories/stories around any machines you download. But again if you want, you can donate, download whatever you fancy and never speak to us ever again lol.
  16. Can you not just download them from the legacy section. I thought as a badge holder, you could.

Stepping Stones A Maygay machine on Epoch Tech £15 Jackpot, 30p Play, 82% Payout THIS LAYOUT IS MUTE Not seen a machine with this gameplay before. Fill one of the 4 trails to get into the feature or same colour numbers on reels. Filling up a trail during a feature, means the trail is then an extra life, so you could get up to 4 extra lives at one time. It makes you think about how best to use nudges, when on the feature, rather than just nudge carelessly. Unfortunately it's by Maygay, which means it's another one of their clunky feeling Epoch machines, rather than nice and smooth. Wasn't sure how to lay this out, but then no one knows what the real machine looks like, so what the hell lol. KEYS: 0 = INSERT £1, ` = Cancel, 1 = Hold 1, 2 = Hold 2/Hi, 3=Hold 3/Lo C = Collect, E = Exchange, Space = Start T = Take Cash, F = Take Feature THANKS TO: WIZARD (RIP) FOR THE FANTASTIC MFME https://www.desertislandfruits.com/forum/index.php?/forum/71-wizards-rest/ Vecs for the reel symbols from various. The program rom provider. Maygay and whoever owns them now for leaving the scene alone.
  18. Not seen either of the two machines mentioned above. Hated those cabinets, particularly the buttons.
  19. That is a gallery of machines emulated not the machines themselves. The machines themselves are in the legacy section of downloads, which you need to be a donator to download. Alternatively, the layout producer may send it to you for free as it's their layout to do what they wish. EDIT.... I'm currently on mobile, so not sure if you are a donator.
  20. Barcrest MPU5 machines, all you do is, hold down hold button 2 and tick refill box. Then use hold button to adjust volume.
  21. Pretty much all these machines are emulated. If you look in the layout gallery, you'll see pictures of layouts for them, although there's quite a few pages to wade through. https://www.desertislandfruits.com/forum/index.php?/gallery/category/8-barcrest/ I liked these machines as a bit like Psycho Cash Beast and Frenzy, you could get the jackpot in several ways, such as off, Step To Nearest Win or Tutti Fruitti. Getting the jackpot after using nudges and moves wisely, always felt an achievement and as if you'd manipulated the machine.
  22. There's a very simple fix for this version. Simply click on design, then edit mode, then design, then misc tools and click amalgamate lamps. The option was named as consolidate lamps, in v5 and possibly in v6 also, if you are using an older version. In general, on this layout, there is a bit of spongy effect on the lamps, because of the way they have been cut out. This above method will work on any other versions of this machine or other machines with 4 lamps, as long as the 4 lamps have been created by the layout designer, in the hope that the emulator, would be updated to allow more than 3 lamps. Which of course in 2016 it was. King Kebab DX by Pandy https://www.fruit-emu.com/forums/files/file/2552-king-kebab-dx-1600-read-post/ Donna Kebab DX, by Kriss https://www.fruit-emu.com/forums/files/file/2664-donna-kebab-30pâ£2588-1280dx/ Are also fixed with the above method. Austin Powers by RB, doesn't work https://www.fruit-emu.com/forums/files/file/2591-austin-powers-1280dx/ As only 3 lamps were lamped.
