  1. Can't react at the moment, but thanks mate.
  2. To close this one off, I had my Azkoyen U Hoppers repaired by Maggi Electronics. At £30+vat per hopper, it was the cheapest way i could do it. They gave them a good clean too. The machine is back up and running, and I'm happy again. Thanks to everyone who had an input or comment on this. It's what makes this community so good. If anyone knows how to import from the German Ebay, these hoppers are still very cheap, but the postage is not available. Thanks Brexit.
  3. Brilliant stuff, great work @No1Stoney

    BWB ANDY CAPP £6 DX

    Thanks Woodsy. Another looker!
  5. Press Esc once to leave full screen mode. Go to design and click Edit mode to open. Find a clear area on or next to the machine. Right click and choose button then button again. When the button appears, right click on it and choose properties. Click on the coin/note box and scroll down to Bit 2 4 then click on it. In the shortcut box add a number other than 0 (8 is usual if it isn't being used elsewhere). If you want, you can name the box 20p or something by using the big box on the bottom right. Click apply when done. Finally right click the button again, scroll down to visible and click that. Once design edit mode is closed, the new button will disappear. I think you can clear buttons from edit mode too, but I don't know how.
  6. TBH mate, I've not used it for a while. BUT! Can you still keep the contents available somewhere? There are great resources there, especially for people who have just picked up mfme and FruitBar. I understand if you want to use your server for something else though.
  7. Did you ever get this hopper running correctly @appstrader?
  8. Has anyone used one of these in their MFME cabinet build? If so, does it plug straight in and play nice, or does it require relays? Many thanks for any input.
  9. Much appreciated mate. Thank you.
  10. 20p, but i do have the bits for 10p too.
  11. No 10p's, so works like a charm! Thanks for your ongoing support.
  12. Thanks man. I'd expect nothing more from the leader of my support group.
  13. Got the metal surrounds away and it's a 4 pin connector. I've ordered a relay, just need to work out how to use it when it arrives! Hopefully you can find me some info on that other hopper (2nd pic) as there is literally no information or manuals for this that i could find. E-service have no U hoppers in stock, Ebay want over £60, so I've contacted Maggi Electronics to see if they think they could repair my broken ones. At least I can play ones that pay out in £1s but really missing my oldies lol. Thanks to all that have looked and all that have tried to help me out. This community is truly awesome.
  14. Thanks @fruitsnappaThere's a bit about payouts in there, but to me, I can't make it relate to what i have. It's good info though and hopefully it might lead to a solution.
  15. Thanks @GingeI've put a thread up on MpuMecca too. Made a donation in hope of a manual or something. I've been lurking and browsing that site for years, so it was about time I paid into it. Plus my Happy Campers machine isn't getting any younger and there are some seriously knowledgeable people over there!
  16. I had one of those once. Didn't get anywhere with it though. I ended up using part of it as a payout chute! I think that one needs a relay and more skills than i have.
  17. Do they still do postal orders? I'll start sending them to you on a regular basis!
  18. As the title suggests, I got these 2, with tray from a scrap S4 club machine. I was assured that they were of the parallel persuasion, so took a punt. £12 + £7.50 postage. Once arrived I immediately saw that the big hopper only has an 8 pin connector rather than the 10 pin ones that the newer "U" type hoppers have. I can't even see the connector on the other hopper as it's covered by metal. Both seem to be seperately connected to an 18 pin connector that I assume once connected to the s4 payout system. Does anyone have manuals for either the s4 or the separate hoppers? Any information based on the pics below will be greatly received, and @woodsyI'm well aware you already think I'm an idiot. Thanks!
  19. Don't know if it's related, but have you got the runtime thingy mentioned in this thread?
  20. Nice one @woodsy Great way to celebrate your 1 year anniversary. Thank you.
