  1. That setting depends on the machine you are playing in mfme. Newer machines (mpu5 mostly) will use hopper 1. Older machines that used tubes to pay out will use the triac hopper settings. As for grounding, I believe you need to have a common ground, ie all -ve need to be joined together. @WibbleWobble is that right mate?
  2. It shouldn’t be too long. Admin has to process it manually. You’ll soon be able to enjoy all the machines you want.
  3. You can always make a donation to the site. That will give you unlimited downloads and no more waiting. Go to portal and click on the green box.
  4. I got those too. Just assumed that we wouldn’t be attacked by people in our own community. Had to turn off a few things to get it to run myself too. The authors stated earlier in the thread that they couldn’t work out why it was being flagged now, but not before. Hope it’s ok.
  5. Shocked, but not massively. Manners have gone out the window in the last few years.
  6. Thanks for this. Much appreciated.
  7. Brilliant stuff. Woke up to find this release. Alas, like so many others, I’ll have to wait until after work to have a proper go. Many, many thanks.
  8. You will need a 24v power supply for the hopper, but no, you don’t need resistors. The relay I used was 5v.
  9. Great job. Thanks Vecs
  10. Many thanks for this Vecs. Hope all is well with you.
  11. Give us a break, early cluedo and coronation street all run on mame. There is a touchscreen section here on dif with links to loads of quiz games, which will definitely include millionaire. There are a few quiz games that run on mfme too.
  12. Looks like a professional build. I wish I had half your skills! Very well done.
  13. Yes there are Dutch, German and a few from other countries too. Have a look at the layout gallery for pictures of the machines that are available.
  14. Great work on this. Many thanks.
  15. Another great trio. Many thanks Vecs
  16. Is the note acceptor on new notes @Ginge? Good luck in your quest!
  17. No mate. But you can save a template that you can load into a machine to save time doing each and every button every time.
  18. In nearly all layouts £1 is configured to 0, then 50p 9, etc. I’d keep holds as 1 to 4. Collect is normally set as ‘. You can double up keys too, so often hi and lo can be set to the corresponding hold buttons. A lot of mine have cancel and collect in the same button too ie c and ‘ on one button. You’ll see mfme has this option. Once you are set on what you want, save the configuration. You can then load it in for each machine, saving time.
