  1. £15/£25 HOT SHOT DX

    THANKS WIZARD.
Firstly @Ross made a dx of this which is next level AWESOME. If you're not entitled to unlimited downloads and have the file already you needn't grab these unless using on higher resolution device etc.. purely because the existing dx by ross is pukka AF, but this is much larger art. I really adore this game from my golden days so I had to do it!!
My thanks go to @logopolis for rom help, playtesting and advice on the features being difficult to read even in this res, so i've done my best to make them bolder.
this layout struggles with the lamps on a JP, even though i've not used all the lamps it should have, when i did that it really couldn't handle it at all so i've used my limited skills in PS to use the art to display the lamp masks that are not functioning, tbh i think i did it well but feedback welcomed. i tried to use ross' cab to build one myself for once too.
the reels were a masterpiece so they've been left alone ISH. ross please pm me so i can ask for your advice on how to do a few things thanks
this is an existing dx the next few of mine will be remakes of exisiting games and where possible i'll include the multiple jp's to add as well as double up if you get my drift.
thanks to @spa for the flyers and after all the patch ups and jigsaws i've done these are a joy to undertake so you'll have to indulge me while i enjoy the resources on offer.
these will all be released at 2000-2800 as that's the middle of both worlds, 4k and me 1080p  but i have a desire to go higher and build a cabinet, and i believe the future will be standard higher res pc's for all so by doing these i'm at worst enabling future fme newbies a few updated classics!!
probably caesers palace next, and £5 version hopefully, £5 pot of gold planned too, may as well do a larger res version of those classics too.
    feedback invited as always.

  2. DR JEKYLL & MR HYDE £25 DX

    thanks and rip wizard...
thanks to @wearecity for the classic, the permission to dx, the patience to make the thing work after i lost the will to live trying and for all the help you've provided in one way or another this year.. thank you.
thanks to @infection for the emails, posts, shares and drive that i got the images from, the images were almost all £35 jp so i had to redraw the top three wins as £35 roms just don't seem to be available.
this is my first weird cabinet attempt, and my first Vivid game, i have redrawn most of the win symbols on the cash trail, they are supposed to be that size, i think they look ok(from a distance) haha
the top feature when you get it is possibly the best one i've had in a long time, i'll let you discover why, but for me as a player that just plays for jackpots it reminds me of the fun that can be had besides the big win... that's a cryptic clue.. also true..
anyways.. i believe i've found a new red game to dx thanks to channel4...
happy new FME year one and all!!

  3. £15/£25 CODFATHER DX

Thanks wizard for this passion of mine.
Thanks to various layout designers including, @Tommy c whose reels and layout i have used to find lamp numbers and guidance.
I'm thankful to the person who made the symbols so much better than the original options available, unsure who that was but i've used them from various layouts here and there and also a big up to any reel creators out there... Getting them in line, making sure they're the same size, across the 3 reels is not a simple task... i've done my best.
there are 3 options. the £15 has a happy and unhappy ram, you might like to do it yourself, the £25 is happy and 4 reds to the good so enjoy or ram clear it to start from the beginning..
there is a issue when it gives hints on the reels due to the big fish not being connected to the game it stutters a bit but doesn't effect gameplay in anyway.
after watching a video of this WHICH IS COMEDY GOLD BY THE WAY, it is lamped differently than i have done it but bugger it this looks fine hahah
feedback welcomed and appreciated when it's positive  haha

  4. CASH OR BUST £35/70 DX

thanks and rip wizard.. wish I knew you to tell you how much your software has improved my life..
thanks to @spa for the classic versions that made lamping so much easier and for the base art that i used to become the reels for the games.
after extensive playtesting the only issues I want to share in case of occurence are the ON/OFF alarm 30 sec countdown is unavoidable sorry, and very rarely on occasion upon loading several lamps don't light up, if that happens simply press ctrl & r to reset the machine and it will be resolved.. i'm sure its due to some lamps having dual bulbs but it's simply not a regular thing and so easily fixed in those rare events i hope you agree it's hardly worth mentioning..
the meters are correct after hours of auto play etc and clearly show the £70 version plays better but still both are fun..
there are many areas that are redrawn to the best of my novice ability and i'm sure you will know what ones during gameplay, however the only ones that proved a real difficulty were the hidden features bulbs that i had to really fight to keep as original text.. one last thing... the game irl has green/red coins on the reels for hidden features, in the test mode they are marked as blue/red?!? secondly the game itself uses blue/red so i personally think the hidden should be blue/red too but i stuck with real life colours.. TMI maybe but i like to share my efforts
thanks to @infection for the images and consistent help sourcing images for me to work with!! top man!! and @vectra666 for constant support and advice throughout!!
and the community as a whole, i really benefit from the positive and constructive feedback!!
next up from me will be a few edited layouts from other creators who have courteously provided permission to change their great existing layouts in order to facilitate video channel creators making empty videos etc.. once again thanks to @Tommy c & @Kriss for your faith in my editing ability!!! and to @logopolis for sourcing the roms necessary and faith in my editing too!!
merry xmas and a happy new fme year to all

  5. HI IMPACT £15 DX

THANKS TO WIZARD. THANKS TO @Ginge for playtesting and alterations. thanks to the unknown layout convertor from jpemu to fme 3.0.
This is the same game as ARCADIA which very sadly has poor gameplay due to the roms available, so I urge you to play this with ARCADIA in mind to get a feel for why the love is so strong for the games that once were. This is a brilliant example of the entertainment and playability available from these and I guess many more had they not made the error with the ARCADIA feature changes I believe there would of been many clones of this type sadly I'll never know.
I can't rate this game high enough, from fair gambles, easy manipulations, great features and easy hidden feature reel wins, so much fun to be had!
I've used the reels from ARCADIA thanks to the original creator, I've increased the boxes so making them more recognisable in the window as on win line or not, also the red lines are corrected to being just that lines not boxes.
thank @Ginge for the coin mech and feeding back on the several versions that led to this released one.
it's again in a larger format but smaller than full size and again a dx exists but only as a conversion from jpemu, you can choose to download or not of course..
this is the first time I've seen that a IMPACT tech game can manage the jackpot lamp sequence.. so go get that sequence over and over again..

  6. £8 TOP TENNER DX

thanks and respect to wizard. what a legend.
thanks to @dad for very kindly providing me with the .psd for his exceptional reels in his £10 dx. and also to @Liverpool2008 for the incredible images provided and his continued attempts to help with more to make these super 48mp images perfection...
this is a SUPER HIGH RES IMAGE, it's made with arcade sim in mind and for the cabinet users at home, it's a whopping 43mb .fml so be aware when downloading..
IF LIKE ME YOU ARE ONLY 1080p, I STRONGLY SUGGEST DOWNLOADING THE DX09 BY @dad £10 VERSION, IT'S GLORIOUS! AS ARE ARE THE MANY EXISTING VERSIONS
this has blended lamps and different features to the £10/15 versions, no MEGA CASH, the notes now are only used as the bank!! but it looks great in attract mode!!
this is the first of many upcoming super hd images that i'm releasing using the images from liv2008.. they all exist already in some form but the releases i produce will be awesome so obviously it's worth my time and effort
thanks also to the previous releasers of this game as lamping mpu4 was tricky.... or i just found it hard haha..
    BEST WISHES ONE AND ALL

  7. £5/£25 PAINT THE TOWN RED semidx

thanks to wizard for making me less bored and far happier!
thanks to @wearecity for the classic version which is very much more artistic than necessary.. check it out!!
super thanks to @infection who really works hard with me in my pm's to find the images that exist for 20 year old machines!!
thanks also to @pokerhontis99 for playtesting and encouragement.
ok so once again i've had to use the best images available to fill another dx gap in the library, the £5 version had a image with parts missing so i had to use a lot of clone work to recreate parts of the machine, the original image size was 800-800 ish and i've again used the upscaling method to create a semi decent dx!! the £25 version image is be >>>to demonstrate the size i had available to convert the original decals from, FOR authenticity not glamour>>>
this is actual size 300-270ish.. so please allow for this when playing the layout.. which is 1500-2100! one last difference is because of the cabinet reflection the bonus button and the paint the town red button are reversed. nothing which will affect gameplay but the attract mode will show the reversal.. i'm thinking of labeling them sdx for semidx as the difference may put off some people so i'd like to keep dx for the high res images that we all love so much.. upto you guys?
if high res images were more common i assure you i'd use them but my view is to fill the gaps dx wise where possible as it helps me to learn and fills that gap, sorry to the people who prefer high res or nothing. i've also been working on the previous releases of mine to add the variant stake/prize editions etc. mainly £5 versions but a few extra £25 ones too. let me be the first to say they are almost all edits after the original released so just decal changes, there will be a bumper collection of 15+ maybe released at once for those who want them...
merry xmas to the community, you've made my first 6 months very welcoming and enjoyable..

!!thanks to wizard for making it possible!!
thanks to @Johnnyafc for the classic which the reels initially came from before edit.. thanks to @infection for the images! thanks to @vectra666 for constant advice and assistance.
not the best images available for this and hence put three pieces together to make the one layout image, a lot of reflected light and thats made the hues of red and orange difficult to lamp nicely but i've done my best as always..
    three versions all on 88%. 10p-£5, 25p-£15/£25
the £15 version loves a repeat and the £25 can too!!! so enjoy!!
hope you enjoy the game as much as i do, i just had to dx the missing impulse games that i loved so much as a player years ago..
there are blended lamps again in these releases so if your lamps don't work please check your mfme preferences menu.. and the volume is changed by pressing (shift & -/+) on your keyboard.
    enjoy

  10. Lock 'N' Load £15 DX

Thanks as always to wizard for the joy that mfme provides.
thanks to the classic creators far and wide without whom my learning process would be so much harder to cope with and complete!!
this layout is a experimental creation from a very small and grainy flyer, the AI upscaling and smart object vector transformation applications have enabled me to attempt to utilize a otherwise unusable flyer and in turn i feel has provided a more than satisfactory result although not up to the same standards achievable with high res images it has allowed me to dx a game missing from the library of dx's that i remember well as a younger addict way back when you could get some value for a quid!!
thanks to the classic creator of the game whomever you are again there was no name included in the file so thanks to unknown!!
i welcome feedback on this project as it's not high res and only became possible by experimentation.. if the community approves i will happily in my travels around the resources utilize any prevously overlooked images to dx etc.. the main thing i feel is it's still extremely playable in grainy resolution and to me it's worth the effort.. opinions on a postcard please..
i have played many quids through it and found no issues, however as it's mpu5 and new tech to me please alert me to any errors that arise in the event there are any and i will endeavour to rectify them post haste.
there's no disco button on this as when i created it, the quality of the work wizard did making them so well is such a visible contrast to the images used it's comedically bad, therefore it's not included which is the only detail overlooked in creation. sorry to the hardcore duplicators
it's a early red game set to £15 25p 86%, if you get the lock 'n' load to repeat let me know!!! and it's cheap simple fun!! enjoy!!
best wishes to all and merry christmas/new year/easter/halloween/birthday from woodsy. (delete as appropriate)
