is it meant to be mute? or did i corrupt it by changing it to 25 jp on these roms
all apologies, had the ps4 plugged in so that disables the speakers and i'm a complete numpty sometimes. great art though
The £25 version is already released ok not on here but fruit-emu and it should be available via legacy downloads, if not then I’ll attach it to the release thread

boards are far and few between... but the features are good especially the repeat chance ones , the nudge one's a strange one, there's also lots of hidden quirks with the holds etc
don't forget its a massive £10 repeater which i know goes for upwards of £50 as seen it in real life and its only 20p play which at the time of real release 1996'ish a pint was £1.80 and this was all cash a step up from the £8 token era so if you hit it for ££30 plus then a good night was had by all. i remember it well everyone played it in the pub it was in then moved up the road for some more bfm goodness "jumping jack cash"/ money to burn

@vectra666 how did you find out the checkbox was 106? I tried some and forgot about reloading it, I thought a quick reset of the machine would work. Oops.
Magic!! or outside information

Thank you Vectra... playing these £5 Jackpot machines is more true to my real life experience of the arcades, as i'm tight with money and would go for the cheapest games to play which often meant a low jackpot too such as this one...
I remember the last straw for me was when machines went to 25p play ,( and then 30p play was taking the pi$$) - that was it for me in terms of playing fruity's in the pubs...
I like lots of plays for little cash - i was never worried about winning, it was just the pleasure of playing and hearing the wierd and wacky sounds (and all the flashing lights) - that was what i liked anyway.
Cheers,
Gary.
Same here in the token era I played around seaside arcades 2p play cash explosions and the like for the massive 50p repeat which I did very well from £10 back in the early 90’s would last a good few hours if you’re good enough
inland I’d play 10p/£4 and I thought an extra 10p play for a measly 80p extra jackpot was too much although those could streak much more than the odd £4 jackpot a barcrest would do
and I never play anything above 30p play “if” I play for real even online slots are the same

Good layout, but one thing I do want to ask is what's the font found on all the numbers of this game?
Which ones if it’s the reel symbols not a clue lol
suppose it’s a Celtic one

That looks like my reel curvature from my Psycho Cash Beast release, i can tell it a mile away. Seems to appear on a load of classics too.
Nice release, look forward to many more from you in the future!
those reel gradients like reel symbols, once made and are out in the public domain are anybodies and you can't expect members to thank for every little thing used as it would be like the oscars

Also thanks to chris217 (member via the mecca for the youtube video of which i gained screenshots of certain lit parts

Hi Vex can we have an update, this is if it can be done to unlocked layouts? The 1 change I'd like is the addition of coin insert sound effects as I'm not able to do it with a speech screen reader due to my needs. Many thanks.
I’ll look into that when it gets the update regarding reels

Thanks for this brilliant layout. I have played it and I think that one of the things that the Mab roms do is that sometimes it will flash the win that you can get and it becomes unlimited nudges until you nudge the win in.
It’s done that on 2 quid and I think it randomly doubled the £5 win once without holding

Looks great thanks Vecs! Can't seem to put money in though. If I press 9 or other note numbers, the machine stops, and goes to the bank, last won and credit section on the display, but doesn't add anything to it. Same if I click on the note numbers or coin slot.....
I’ll have a look today and see what’s up with it

I know it’s kind of addictive and this does give a few boards although it’s normally snakebite for 40p but very entertaining and a challenge to hit the top
