You may not intend to come across as being arrogant, but that's how you're coming across, people will down vote arrogant posts and you'll end up with negative reputation like now. You'd be better off saying "well, I looked there but I found xyz which wasn't ABC, however, looking through the guides it says def... I've done this and that but I'm still a bit stuck, could you please assist?" rather than "NOPE, done that, didn't work" Don't forget text on the internet can come across very differently to how it is said in person with a smirk or smile. I had a similar experience when I first got into the scene, but you can see why people get annoyed if everyone asks the same question. To be fair the "download file" thing confused me when I first went in the legacy layout section. I didn't realise that was how you'd bring up the list so thought I'd done something wrong and tried again. I then thought maybe it downloaded all D layouts so figured ok, and clicked download file... which of course brought up the list, so I do sort of get where he's coming from.

Could use a USB extension cable to mount a USB port on the back for adding layouts without opening the whole cabinet and/or for charging your phone

Hardly any of the donds were copies of each other, they all had their own quirks and were good games if you took time to learn how to play them... that is until the £100s came about then they started churning out shitty flat profiles. Originally donds had lumpy profiles so people had several different ways/chances of getting a jackpot. Before they were figured out completely, a core player could get a quick jackpot yet Joe casual could jump on and hit cash or bust for jackpot, or spawn a lucky go all the way, so it wasn't always lose lose lose for casuals
