  1. Hi everyone.   Just downloaded and played Road Hog, the £6 Jackpot DX version by @Ploggy

Brought back some great memories of playing the arcades in Pleasureland at Morecambe, many years ago.  Road Hog was right at the main entrance, and I spent a lot of hours on this machine.

Can't remember for sure but I think the one in the arcade was 10p play and a £4.80 jackpot.

It's so nice to see the old machines emulated, so a massive thanks to @Ploggy for a great layout.

What's everyone else's favourite machine for bringing back the memories?

New to the site here, and I must say I'm really enjoying it.  Nice to be involved in such a nice community. 🙂

  2. Just a quick post to say thanks to @Tommy c for the great Casino Crazy £1000 Jackpot layout.   Brilliant layout, and it's brought back many memories of playing Casino Crazy £250 in the snooker club, many years ago.

I've spent a few hours so far trying to drop the £1000 jackpot, which as yet, has eluded me.   I will get that jackpot!!

Just wanted to say how much I've enjoyed playing it, and thanks for the layout @Tommy c

As always thanks go to the late Wizard, for the emulator.

Yep you'll need access to the Legacy area, if you can access it via this link

then you are good to go if not you'll get some form of error message, the £1000 Club Casino Crazy you should have access to as that hasn't been moved yet. Think @Tommy c was the author of both versions including the £250 one so you could always ask him to send it to you, just don't make a habit of it as that is circumventing which is frowned upon here, the odd layout is cool though.

Thanks @Big J.  Ill try the link and see.  Only been a member for a few days.   Don't want to circumvent anything, only been a member for a few days.  Thought I was missing something!  Will no doubt make a donation anyway soon, as the site is fantastic.  Thanks again for your help.

    Legacy section under Bellfruit. :)

Hi @Geddy and thanks for the reply.   By legacy section, do you mean the layout gallery?   I can find the images of the machines, but I'm struggling to find a file to download to play the machine.   Am I doing something wrong?   Thanks for your help. 🙂

They are there somewhere.  Look under Impact and Scorpion 4 layouts.

Hi @Amusements   Thanks for the reply.   I'm new here, and struggling with this one slightly.   If I go to the 'Layout Gallery' at the top of the website, and then search under the machine maker, I can find the mahines, but it's just a .JPG image.   Is there a way to download the file from there?   I've searched the downloads under Scorpion 4 and can't see anything.     Apologies if I'm missing something, and thanks for your help. 🙂

  6. Hi

Does anyone know if there is an emulated version of 'Club Crazy Fruits' or 'Club Casino Crazy (the £200 - £250 one)'.   I've looked through the Downloads area and layout gallery, and used the search feature, but can't seem to find anything.   Not sure whether I'm looking in the wrong area.  Sorry if I am.

    Thanks for your help 🙂

I'm a newbie here too and I'm loving it! Me and you just have the difference that I don't recognize any machines....

@NovaxFi it's a great site isn't it!  Probably a sign that I spent many hours in the arcades when I was younger! 🙂

Welcome to losing hours of your life.  IMO this site is just amazing.  Such a wealth of classics machines available, and like you, would just like to say a massive thanks as always to the site runners, and the layout designers.

If any of you are ever in my neck of the woods - Southport - 1st rounds on me.  Slainte!

@MikeyMonster absolutely!  And I agree the site is amazing.  Just wish I'd found out about it earlier!

Indeed and just to touch on this be mindful of how much you download as there are limits in place for non donators which you will most probably undoubtedly know. There are other avenues to getting unlimited downloads though.

@Big J thanks for the reply.  Yes, I've sort of seen the limits on downloads.   Don't think it'll be long before I'm a Donator though!

I like it when new members browse the site and make their own efforts to find something before asking because tbf it benefits themselves really iwith familiarity. If you do get stuck though or if there is something you cannot find just start a new thread and give us a shout.

May the force be with you

Thanks again.   I spent the first couple of hours just browsing through the downloads section, and recognising a lot of the machines I used to play!

Endless hours of fun to be had!

Your best bet to start is the layout gallery which if on PC it is under the site logo unless you know the name of the machines you want to play then it is downloads or the searchbox.

That's great, thanks.   I was struggling to find the 2p ones.  🙂

    Welcome to the site

nice to see new members joining in with general chit chat

Plenty of 2p’ers If you like your skill feature games I’d recommend 2p cash explosion quality machine from the early 90’s

Thanks.  Never really been involved in a forum before, so all new to me.  Used to love the 2p machines in the arcades as a child.  I will definitely try and find 2p Cash Explosion.  Sounds like fun!

  13. @wearecityI know.  I watched a YouTube video about Fruit Machine emulation and found out that way.   Can't believe how many machines are available!

Didn't know it had been around for so long though.

Would like to try some of the old 2p play machines if there are any around. 🙂

  14. Hi everyone.

Just wanted to say thanks to all involved in the site and also in creating all the emulated machines.  I have just recently become a member, and this seems like a very friendly forum.  I managed to download MFME, and have downloaded a few machines, starting with a Cops n Robbers.  Great fun to play, and I also own one of the original Cops and Robbers machines from the early 90's.  I can't believe how the emulators are spot on to the original thing.

Already played for a few hours, and can see many more on the horizon, so just a massive thanks to all involved.

    🙂
