Cant edit post but just wanted to say it was reg that first made the fme Console and that inspired me.He was very helpful with my questions

I felt the same but I manged to make what I call the fme console.i dont have the space for an upright machine so I made a plug in console that has 16 lit buttons its currently housed in a cardboard box with holes cut out for the buttons .I did it all for under 100 .I should really post a picture.Its not perfect but it works and I should really get around to getting a permanent case for it.Maybe someone will be able to guide me on that if I actually posted the picture of it.

What people could program with just 48k.was amazing.Loved chase hq on speccy.Started on a zx81 got rubber keys for it 16k pack and a joystick for it but one bad move and hours of programming lost.

The stupid thing was you would win tokens and then spend all your time taking smaller wins to convert them to cash and then putting it all back in and walking out with nothing. it was all quite self destructive it was addiction and not about winning.There is never an amount the addict is satisfied winning.

thanks for the conversion.Is it me or does the dice do something weird when it goes round.Remember playing this machine though not this exact layout in jpmeu on my old pc with everything running slowly.Was one of the first layouts for it.As a general question what was the first monopoly themed fruit machine?

loved this game in the wild but have always had trouble playing it properly in mfme.The video you made shows clearly you can .What setting do you use for your mouse.I have a optical one is that per se always going to be slower than a mouse with a trackball.

have done that its all good thanks. Waiting for some fruit machine style buttons to come that i've ordered for the bottom part and will then post a picture/video.Have put a bigger post of fruit-emu but not sure anyone realises that older posts have been updated.Like that your new releases have the pacdrive allocations though easier for me to use my own template.Really takes no longer than 2-3 mins to set up a layout.

Thanks for all your help. The fme console has been made and i am well pleased with it. However things got a bit messy when i put it in a temporary box.Just a mass of wires so my question is .Is there a way of seeing which button is connected to which output on the pac drive. I tried to keep them in order but at some point they got a bit jumbled. I will post a picture tomorrow . All done for around £100.

Quick question.The pacdrive can drive 16 led buttons so if you have the full amount where does the wire that connects them all go as there only appears to be 16 spaces?

Am I correct in thinking if I want more than 16 buttons I would need 2 pacdrives or can you have as many buttons but only 16 being lit at any one time.

Please can you explain what the number/% means and generally how it works. Also when you have a minute can you put together a tutorial of how to set up the pac drive settings particularly the auto detect or default settings work.Now that v6 is out i am tempted to try and make a tabletop one.Don't have the room for the whole shebang. can i add Can you read the button when magnified,never mind normally.I find a minority of dx layouts are so unclear that even when you use the magnify function you can't make out what is written.Personally i'd rather a classic in those instances.
