    Bandersnatch

Ha ! So I watched this two nights ago. I was then up too many hours trying to convert the Bandersnatch audio from the walkman segement to run on an emulator for speed of time. I failed. I am sure if this is got right, it will be something... Bandersnatch.m4a I used to love the Fighting Fantasy books as well, this reminded me so much of them. I wonder if the title is inspired by the game that Imagine never released ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brataccas ) on the Spectrum that eventually came out on the Atari ST.

Yes it does - it has three modes, fast, not so fast and smooth.
  4. Don't want to say anything or spoil this one - but very pleased with it...

Another clubber. The job is done, you've had something from me every week of 2018 ! Happy New Year !!! Let's see what 2019 brings...
  6. Do you have this setting done ? Shrink to fit ?
  7. Yeah lol. Those phone locks must have lead to many fights "how did he / she / the cat find the key and use it this time ? " or "you must have forgort to put it on "...
  8. Today this arrived from eBay. The purchase was for my "secret project", was going to convert it into one for current phones - IE - I can plug my mobile into it. I am creating something bigger then I've ever made before and there is certain things that are needed as part of the feel and the enviorment. What now gives me a huge problem is I plugged this into my phone line to test it and the bloody thing works ! It rings when you call the house phone and now it also dials out and simply does the job. I now am stuck, to I get another to make the conversion as this one is an original and it has history ! The number is 224980... ...I found this... 1476292111.pdf ...looks like this may have belonged to Troy Benn on page 28. Every eBay sale has a history and sometimes you look too closely and find things that just bring a smile to your face !
  9. So cool - I really do love seeing things like this. When MFME.EXE was FRUIT.EXE I once brought arcade parts, never shared this brief story to make a controller for FRUIT.EXE. Never had the skills to do it and the technology was never in place either that I am aware of. Time advances and first I built a keyboard with the great tools that @Wizard gave us within MFME.EXE and then came along the cabinet. I assume that you can use just the keyboard setup as well and the coin mech detaches from the cabinet and is not needed - but completes the package ?

This is a club machine from Empire. We don't have many club machines released these days, so consider this one a treat. For anyone that's counting, one more week, one more release to go... ...Merry Xmas !
  11. OMG ! I never knew of these ones... ...they are so cool ! Imagine you found a book and litereally took it into your CoOp !
  12. So who remembers these - the first time around - not the second time around !
  13. I am so sorry to take this slightly off topic but that Whirlybird picture just above reminds me of a Pocketeer, these were games that needed skills and perhaps the "best one ever" in my mind was Steeple Chase.
  14. Just to keep the pictures from other threads also here. I use an XBOX controller for non-MFME stuf on the cabinet as posted at Fruit-Emu. I rarely post about the other things the cabinet can do as it feels like heresy as this is MFME, but using front end of mGalaxy to allow the other systems it has stuff... mGalaxy Front End - Used as it gives access to other systems and MFME supports command line launching. Otherwise Game Manager. Star Trek - Running on Future Pinball - Tables Edited to put the Dot Matrix in a sensible place. Daytona USA - Running on a Dreamcast Emulator Galaxians - Running on MAME using Art Bezels
  15. Can't watch the content here - but I see you are a year old. Congrats on 1 year !

"This was not an Italian Job machine that anyone was expecting..." ...so this layout has not been tarted up - although if I was to do it today, it would be done very differently. I am in two hopes that somebody will have a picture of this machine and if so, I'll redo this if the picture isn't good enough for somebody to do a DX. This is the first layout that I recall having a red feature for the the Hi / Lo reels when you get a "Hot Number" which is different from the "Bonus Number".
  17. That tidy is normal. I cannot stand being in a mess - looking at the camera, wires etc that just fills my rage bar ! At the moment it's looking very much the same apart from the coffee is on the left, I have an S5 gamecard opened and an iPad sitting to the right. Infact here you go...
  18. It looks like it's only from here at the moment... Fusion Retro Books
  19. Yes it absolutely does - thank you again for all your help on this. It's the least I can do - I just wish there was never a cut-off date so all people that donated since then could have also been included. Still you work with what you have.
  20. Of course !!! How could you not... ...that's DX'Cellent's work !
  21. I am so pleased with this... ...I really am...
  22. Ah good old Kim Justice. If you enjoyed this video, take a look at the one on Ocean as well.
  23. @fatdad That Chronos was brilliant by Mastertronic. That was great value.
  24. Haha ! I did say it was cheesy...
  25. One of the threads that I always find interesting ( as we are all secret spies and love to know more about others ), what is your current desktop enviorment including PC etc. I'll go first...
