No matter what I did it wouldn't update past 19.5 I managed to update after re-installing the DirectX runtimes https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=8109 (link from Reg's tutorial) Re-installed DirectX - Rebooted PC - Update was successful. I'd done a lot of messing around tbh, ran as admin, updated directX and visual C runtimes. Strange thing was that the update went from 19.4 to 19.5 then failed, then went back to 19.4. It was after this that I re-installed DirectX and rebooted. Something along the way must have worked as I ran the update again and it went to 19.8 Thanks very much for creating this software.
