Yep, that's what I was doing, but read in a thread over at the Mecca about the Shift C thing. Thanks, NQ.

Yep, shite for me, over a grand in. At about 32%. Went for the bonuses, A-ha, 75 top. And it was dead, if I hadn't have done that, I'm pretty sure it was nowhere near. Played it in a pub in Northallerton, no wonder I got a hiding.

I paid a tenner, for a mug or mousemat (?) I think it was, but got a refund in the end. Bit weird, I also told him I used to have trouble sleeping, waking up at the slightest noise.....and he sent me some earplugs!!!! WTF? NQ. -

Whilst playing this, just had the £210. 105, followed straight away, couple of spins for another 105. So from the downloaded layout, 330 in, 425 out. 95 up....... which sounds great, but, I got a 105 pretty much straight away, then it went dead for about 150, got a 70, then dead again for about 150, then got the 210. The rest was open tomb wins when I was messing around trying things. NQ.

Bloody hell, very Terry Gilliam. Don't suppose anyone has my demo I created as an intro, for FF/Poundrun or was it FF/Mecca, I can't remember. Did it in a demomaker, lots of sine scrollers, bobs, coppers, etc. NQ. -

Something else I wish I'd kept, when all the designers had their own sites, when a WIP, say Andy Capp Dx was posted by someone, I used to go to their site, and see if I could, from other files, guess the uploaded filename. Eg. www.site.com/files/AC_DX.zip. Anyway, when you went to Gary's mpu34.com, and guessed a name, it came up with a page of text, was really funny...taking the piss out of loads of people. Not in a nasty way, but very well scripted. NQ. -

The "perfect day" mpu34 song, I'm told, by the lad himself, was Fishta. Also on youtube. NQ. -

Nice...ever had unlimited nudges on lucky dip in the wild? I did, shit a brick. Had to get someone else to bring in the hundred without bringing in a single cherry. Seermed to take forever. I was a snooker club member, circa 1985, and obiously not of age. So give the lad from behind the bar. twenty for doing it. It really was one of those things in fruit machine land where I almost cacked myself. £80 in 1985 could buy you shitloads, lager was 30p a pint, nice close Sergio T top, or Elleese, Kappa jacket, Kicker Shoes, sorted. I good post.........remind me at work, 3 times a year the schools MIS systems are updated, by way of the zip file, the contents of which has to be imported into the MIS. A new one has just been released, and one Monday we will get a few hundred calls saying they've read the instructions and can't get the file imported. Every time it's because they've not extracted it first..........even though it's in the instructions!!! Anyway, a really goot article, clear and concise. We call them "Noddy notes" at work. ie step by step with pictures that even Noddy could follow. NQ.
