  1. Has anyone got a "ready" set they could upload somewhere? Only just using LB as a mamecab at the moment, there is a torrent on BU.me for it, but it's dead. Thanks!
  2. Aye impressive board, must have reverse engineered it, and got PCBway or someone to make them.
  3. @RHM, it is PHil, but it'll still fail, as it won't see the MPU card. Food for thought @spa Here talking of hardware, have you seen on facebook those reverse engineered epoch boards you can get? Couldn't believe it.
  4. @thealteredemu I don't know about the T7 or T8, but others will. But what Andrew said above is correct, and I know from when my Rio broke. You can't just knock up an old p4 pc with ide, and stick in an old graphics card in it, even if you have a working image. It has to be exactly the same, same cpu, same graphics card, same memory, same western digital 40gig IDE hard drive etc.
  5. Well that's it, take my Rio, I can probably just convert the image I have backed up and run it in a VLM, bit like what I tried with the Blueprints, but it'll fail when it can't find the mpu5. But if it could get past that, it should work on a dual screen set up, one with have to be a touch screen, or a normal monitor with one of those mouse pointer things we used to use years ago on the quiz machines etc
  6. Well that's just it, like all the arcade games being just pcs now, they run in the Technoparot loader. Its hooking up the mpu side. I bet you could do it with mame for that side, it's hooking up the bpak, unpacking it and incorporating it into some sort of interface.
  7. I've thought about this before, it's just a pc isn't it? Is t7/8 a pc with mpu5 carts like my Rio? Or is it a differrent tech?
  8. THis was gagging from the off, 20 in, 500+ out.
  9. Thought most people would have known, mame being the biggest most popular emulator out there. Alth's been talking about it for years! Must admit, just building one source thread does make it easier though.
  10. I was going to say, I've been playing this is mame for years. It's mame compiled with only the bfm video driver in it. Good little find though.
  11. Buy a space hopper, and pretend it's 1975 again, sorry couldn't resist! Hope you get sorted.
  12. It's mentioned in this thread somewhere, the programmer mentioned it.
  13. Just to go back a bit, shame those 35 quid Rollercoaster Updated version of the roms aren't about, would love to play that, get a 105 or 140 streak!
  14. In the Wild, on the £10 version of both RollerCoaster, and Sidewinder, I've had 6 repeats for 70 quid.

    Whoa Nellie!

If this is what I think it is without clicking on it. Already bought one the 4k version that lets you link it up to all the thousands of VP and VPinmamepinballs, as wll as the packs they breing out as DLC. Net set it up yet. Got more arcades, bandits, real pinballs than I know what to do with. It's funny how when you get sober, don't gamble, have 2k disposable to spend on whatever I want. I'll sell you Archer Macleans actual Defender and Robotron arcade, even chuck in my restored 50k sit down Star wars, call it 100k? Deal? ATGAmes by any chance. Let's click and see. It's worth it for the girls on Harvs videos, singing the outro from The Human LEague..........
  16. Tis a splendid BluRay set, well worth the money.
  17. Hi W, Yeah there's a lot of us still around, most layouts have been done with all the roms that have been dumped, and run okay. We're coming to the end of the £100 Betcoms at the moment. Other manufacturers don't run as they're sc6 or whatever. Future scenewise, it stops sort of here, unless someone magically creates a new emulator, or hacks the ipub / t7 / t8 images so they work in real mode on a PC, other than that, I can't see anything forthcoming. But there's a fair few of us still here for the crack. Talking of cracks remember that lass, Viv, who posted pics of her arse in the shower on FF?. Happy days.

    Metrocross

Aye, got it, fully Patreon paid up to Jotego, Sorg, and few other devs. Cheers.
  19. Cheers for the update. Sarcasm mode on - Now what is that windows background, I don't think I've heard of a Spectrum, just what it exactly? Sarcasm mode off.
  20. So I should be okay with my Ryzen 9 9950X, 4080, 128gig ram, 48TB online storage.

    Manic Miner

JUst grabbed this, you might wabt to download agaib. Load of things fixed in tn the release a few hours ago.
  22. 4 months on, how's this going? Any further forward? Left everything for dead in arcade sim, even the clubbers. Could just start again I suppose. Thanks.
  23. Who signed Peter Reid? At a guess without cheating Howard Kendall @ Everton? RE sc6, emu, well it would keep us going with more layouts!!! RE Fruitsnapps vid, I think that looks like an emulator, but it's an in-house dev kit? Bit like the one that's about for Pluto/Heber?
  24. This coder, blueonesaresafer, is it someone we know? Cos they haven't submitted much, just to mpu3 that I can see. That said, I find a git a pain in the arse, as they never document what's actually been done.
  25. There's one on ebay now, sadly I don't have a spare £1800 to buy a Falcon. Demos are really good for it, past amiga standard in some cases. There is a project to replicate the board, and sell that. Sure I read it on Atari mania. THe Falcon itself is severely flawed though, it's 32bit, but can only run in 16bit etc. Atari Falcon - Wikipedia
