Thanks I was wondering how to make a OFF AND ON version to start from because I had to change each lamp from a quite bright place and that made it hard to be honest, I think this will help loads thanks as I saw a wip that was basically off and dark which would slow for the lamps to be much better contrasted!! Again great feedback and that’s exactly how I’ll learn

well here is my first layout attempt, hopefully there are not too many mistakes in the config stuff that i didn;t get... i used reels from @Tommy cor @vectra666layout as unable to create my own just yet and thanks guys for the assist and more, the background was from a layout done by captain haddock. other than that i did it all from scratch, that's mainly because @Regprovided me with a beginners guide from which i learnt, i didn't want to spew out another copy of the bar7's from the book so adapted the guide slightly to make a different although still quite simple game instead. there have been numerous pm's sent back and forth and threads too that gave me valuable advice and methods in order to complete this layout and i've acknowledged them as best remembered on the notes included, anyone i've missed i'm sorry it's not intentional it's just there's so many and i'm bad with names etc haha.. anyway, thanks @all of you!! honestly your in the notes!! i've played this as well as let auto play have a go and all seems fine.. please please feel free to give me feedback both negative and positive as i only want to improve from this... my next attempt will be JPM's arcadia as that is my fave machine... thanks to wizard for making this at all possible thanks reg for administrating it please excuse any errors this is my first upload -

Well I’m glad to know why and what the issue is and that I can avoid causing delays in future haha, it’sa fantastic project and I’m happy to support it going forward, if there’s any way I can help however minimal I’d be glad to assist, please keep up your great work and when it’s done I’ll be asking you for your advice on eBay laptops for sale around 100 quid if you don’t mind that being our next shared adventure in computing routed via av mutual adoration of fme!! I’ll keep following the progress and please don’t give up, if it was easy everyone (me) would be doing it and nothing brilliant is easy overall!! You’ll be making a select lot of people very happy come fruition!! Best of luck!!

The machine selected by pressing enter will boot up after about 5 secs then is playable all sounds and gameplay correct but with no lamps on besides the reels and hi lo numbers, this was the case for sonic, big Bucks, wok n roll when previous tried, I’ll test those too in case of differences. Yes much the same reels and sounds and gameplay working with zero lights on buttons and glass. Even took off the reel physics to no avail

Just followed your advice and is back up and running again, however FYI when I enter the arcade none of the machines are going into there boot up sequences. Do they usually take over a minute or so or am I unique here, perhaps I don’t have the system requirements and I’m happy to share that if it may help, genuinely appreciate your efforts and advice. Please believe me I don’t want to take any time away from you and this project so I’ll not keep asking why and instead wait for the next updates and releases!! It looks awesome already and I’m glad I can even know of its existence!! Keep up the good work and I’ll donate to the pot when I get my jam roll. Thanks thanks again

It seemed to download and add the patches but now it’s loading and staying on a permanent black screen with a cursor, you did say Tuesday so sorry if I’m jumping ahead, it’s my eagerness not ignorance I assure you. Any ideas? Reinstall?

Brilliant, didn’t want to bother you unnecessarily but that info helps me and anyone else with the issue, I was unsure if I didn’t have good enough graphics card capability as I’m not au fai with such things. From what was working i was gobsmacked so it can only get better from now!!
