Another stupid MFME question I cannot find the answer to!
dondplayer replied to andrew96's topic in Newbies Help Area
Use a third party tool such as cheat engine -
Remember this one but never really got on with it. IIRC had a fast loading system from tape, x2 I think
-
For the original barcode you are only missing 1-2-3 The likes of Spectre and Shogun had differing features but on those any code followed by stop would give you stop a win for potentially the highest cash value.
-
Have to assume a Scorp 5 version of this exists, after all its a similar game to Toastbusters. @Wildmanslots should be able to confirm.

Impressive -
Try the cheat engine speed hack feature, usually used to slow something down but it can speed up aswell, although how good thus would work I don't know.

mfme 5.1 is used to convert machines in the old format to the new .fml format which v20.1 uses. So you load the machine in and then save it as .fml format.

Jesus where did you get those coin acceptor.... 1981 Seriously though good work

That one (the chase is on) did actually pass test (get approval) so there's lots of them about - having said that it does seem rarer than the other approved ones. If the AWP JP is ever increased from £100 that would mean the only reel bases that would survive, if any, would be reflex. Drac pack - do you mean drac in the box ?
-
Fair point They bought out the DOND licence aswell. Both these franchises are on the blueprint digis of course, they must have thought the familiar brand would attract the players.
-
Why is that amazing ? 2 of the 3 you refer to are just versions of existing machines
-
Plunder and Lightning is a similar machine, not sure of the story on that one ? but it's older.

December 2019 I played a DOND Perfect Deal with about 70% of the bulbs out, this meant you were both playing and counting in advance of pressing start eg when a SPIN square with broken bulb was 6 ahead you had to see if it span a 6 when you hit start. Was quite good fun.

There were a few bugs that needed fixing and some less important ones. I reckon they must have employed the same testers as bell fruit did for the DOND games
-
Me too, like many I attempted to be the first to ever complete it only to find out the 83rd item was both invisible and more importantly inaccessible. A set of 'pokes' was brought out to fix this and some other issues later on, you can still look this up for more info on google.

That's the fella Here's a pic (screen off though)
-
Assume its the one with a similar board to bully's star prize and DOND Dream Factory. There was another with a video screen as the top board, gold streak/strike or sonething, might have failed test.

As said above some of the digitals bring out an Xmas themed slot. Case in point is the prismatic about 2 weeks ago. Here's the advert for it:

I've not looked this up but I assume it's john and charles - what with bill and Ben being flowerpot men and Phil and Don being the Everly brothers -
Pretty sure they did chip that, the game was removed and put back on fixed. However if you have a unit supplied by a smaller firm than regal that still has all the other pub games on it that might still be a worker.
-
I think that's the point - seems to me it knows about it and only gives when it wants to
-
I believe the admin has to manually sort this out
-
just got these pics of a un dx'd red but is it emulate-able

Rant time They ruined this machine, it originally came out and basically worked like a crystal skulls, presumably a test model as it came and went. About a year or so later it re-appeared, but they had messed with the program so you couldn't just kill off any win. Still not the worst of machines but the original release was great. -
I got my Spectrum 48K one Xmas in the early 80s just as they were starting to become popular - on the good side I learned BASIC and some Z80 assembler thanks to this - and soon built up a large collection of games. I'm not sure why now but after a few years I gave up on it and sold it on - probably the pub was starting to call I have to assume Chase HQ, Head Over Heels and Lords of Midnight were newer as I've never heard of them. Jetpac, Skool Daze and Deathchase - classics
