  1. Quick WIP post. Club machines are not my thing at all but had the software, so will give it a shot. Still a lot to do but getting there. Took an age editing all the icons. Wasn't too far away from the real machine from the pictures @infection found.

  2. Yes, that's definitely an option. If you look on the images above, there is an additional grey border outside of the original frame the machine fitted in, that additional grey border is the size of the screen as it'll be on the layout. It's 4:3 and fits perfectly in that gap, and all that's lost is a teeny bit of background art so I don't feel too bad doing that It's a small trade-off between accuracy and playability. Or - I keep the top screen so it fits perfectly in the original, smaller frame, and then release one with the graphics to the side. Just don't want to end up with 3 layouts, as it'll be a bit 'overkill' and I'd feel guilty about the site's bandwidth [edit] Ooh, just spotted the title has red lamps too. Better do them [edit2]... and the 'extra life' tees on the left! Should be everything [edit3]... and the cash ladder 'lose' and nudge 'lose' text. Then I'm pretty sure that's it! Anyway, all loaded into MFME now, need to do a little transparency on some of the feature board positions that overlap a bit, otherwise all seems OK, and on target for a release either Sunday or possibly Monday

  4. Think I've got rid of all the troublesome lines, have now put it into the rather nice gold cabinet supplied by @vectra666 Still technically early days, but happy with the progress so far. Guess I ought to resize it and see how it'll fit in MFME. My main concern is how to have the top screen visible and playable within the DX, but if I'm lucky it'll just work. If not I may have to modify the artwork to give the video screen more space within the layout Here's a very highly compressed, blurry-as-all-hell JPEG to show what's going on

Next up and part of the Who dunnit!! series is this pink panther/monopoly here now clone with the usual suspects Thanks goto @Matty.n for the classic layout beforehand @Player for the main images used @Tommy c for uploading the flexi reel used and to @infection for AI scaling that band To @Wizard for Mfme the bonus board would be to hard to light up correctly so i've blended the lamps 8x's hopefully it looks ok also there's something not right with the lamping sequence of the top logo in attract mode, although the lamps are correctly placed via test mode. i think its like it is due to each letter (Cluedo) uses two lamps top n bottom but i've only used one per letter, anyways that don't affect gameplay unlike pink panther when you get the IM board (3x's magnify glasses) it seams to still play to speed Anyways Shortcuts written within the notes and... Play in Mfme v201. Enjoy and Happy Gaming!!!

  8. One of those DX layouts I wish I'd never started, but here it is anyway - and if I don't post this WIP I'll probably run out of motivation for it so may as well post it Lots and lots (and lots) of work still to do on this. Just playing about with the art at the moment and getting ideas, will be working on the art at full size and then scaling down when it's ready to be plonked into the cabinet. The source for the art is a flyer I had, horribly grainy but I've also seen worse I guess!! Surprised this hadn't already been DX'd - although there's a lovely classic by @Reg - see here : Anyway, obligatory early-days screenshot. This is just me playing about with a cut-out section of art from the grainy flyer plonked into a re-coloured cabinet from @Player's resources thread

  10. What has been done in the past is to release two layouts. One with the screen on the machine and one with the screen larger and more easily readable to the side of the layout. Maybe an option?

  11. ... back into Photoshop for a bit of lamping Turning out better than I expected, it'll be a bit rough around the edges due to the nature of the base art being a scanned printed flyer... but could have been a lot worse! My intention is to have this released over the weekend, as I've next week off and don't really want it to drag into next week as I've lots of things to do - selling some stuff I've not used in years, having a general tidy up, and finishing at least one MFME cabinet The title looks a bit garish here, my intention is to use blended lamps in MFME to try and make it lamp accurately. I'm hoping it's just one row of lamps on the real machine, if it is then it should look alright when done

  12. Don't hold your breath on this being corrected as he has released this over at FE and it still contains the same mistakes. Pointless asking for help if he's no intention of taking it.

  16. View File Wacky Races I feel this layout is about as complete as it will ever be, so here it is! If you find any issues with it, please do let me know by replying here or by private message and I can upload a fixed version As I've mentioned in the layout release notes (quoted below), the note acceptor may or may not work. Doesn't work for me but did work for vectra666 who I sent it to. Same thing happened with my Wheel of Wealth layout, so if it works for you let me know... if it doesn't work let me know too. Any feedback and / or suggestions more than welcome! Enjoy Submitter slotsmagic Submitted 01/07/20 Category Bell-Fruit

  20. you know want i was actually thinking of a balloon, i take it thats the only "special" symbol on that reel as cool million has a jewel and a lotto hand amongst the regular symbols, you've also produced hi res images of other symbols so have to make those too lol now a big ask unless he can come on here and upload them himself.. but can i have one hi res of each symbol without the number overlay, i know there's one of each above but would like them centralized i see we've a number overlay of each visible too that'll help, then there's the hi lo numbers but i expect i or someone could knock up a few of them in time thank @BL4K Personally for me and the rest of the emulation world who are now expecting me to do a masterpiece in design anyways here's the "newer" art in ready for photoshop, i've redecalled the base wintable and left the red sevens as jackpot so i can upload the £8 and £5 releases, i won't be doing the £10 one as probs do my head in by then lol
