I remember playing it (badly) in the amusement arcade on Tottenham Court Road - apparently there was a way to milk it but I never figured it out.

Thanks for this Clo... I believe the DX mentioned above by Geordie52 runs in MFME v19, but not MFME v20 so will be nice to have a Reno Reels working in v20 now.

Sometimes the game will have a black screen on boot if there is money in the bank but it will come back once emptied

It does run in v20. For a very short while, there was a Windows update, that broke it, but now running fine.

Used to play this in the pub on our way into town on a Friday or Sat night. Loved it.

Ahh, that explains that, then... i have'nt updated windows for about 2 years, maybe longer as updates kept making my computer lose all sound and got fed up keep trying to fix it... it's an old 2007 Dell XPS 420 - i really need a newer computer at some point. Clo's classic here also does'nt boot, just black screen. Cheers for the info wearecity.

As I said previously, there was an issue for a short while to do with a Windows update. 

The thread above was about it. Hopefully the info in it will help. 

@Clo06 what Windows version are you running, may also give an indication of what it should definitely work on. 

Works fine for me on a fully updated version of Windows 11.

I'm running Windows 11 pro fully updated. The layout works fine for me.

@Coskey FruitsI Was trying the dx on my tablet a good while ago, and found it would not boot if it didnt have a internet connection, the same with other mpu4 video machines.

Edit: just disabled my network card and does not boot still.

Hmmm that is odd, I pulled my WIFI dongle out too and sure enough no Reno Reels, Vegas Poker or Miami Dice!  But it runs the games very well for a machine that cost £60

All stopped working just black screen lol how do u fix please. 

Update for them and others to work you must be connected to the Internet. Lol
