Think it was a combination of editing the CHR and a dodgy Rom but we never fixed it so maybe @Clo06 can fill you in.

As @Big J has said it was a combination of the Rom and CHR that needed editing, parts of the actual CHR were missing, once that got sorted it was just a case of sorting a few lamps out due to the CHR being edited.
