I would suggest checking you have all updates installed and if you do then run this in an elevated command prompt dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth It may take a while.

Looking great. My "gaming" pc with a ryzen 7 and GeForce 2060, 16gb ram is finally complete, so if you want to do any testing on that, I won't be putting anything much on the Windows partition. I've also a couple of Lenovo x240 laptops of a lot lower spec if you want to try those too. Of course I realise it's way before the testing phase but the offer still stands even 6 months down the line.

In that case I stand corrected - as for the MFME and MAME argument, I don't know the specifics but I thought that was only in the older MFME and that he contributed some stuff back to MAME to shut everyone up... I am probably wrong again here, but that's what I thought was the case. There are many people that have been around FME a lot longer than me that will know otherwise. EDIT: Quickly scanned over the MAME FAQ and it looks like people are not permitted to be selling MAME either.

The difference with MAME is it's open source, so anyone can do whatever they like. MFME is not and thus has T&Cs with it. Unfortunately these idiots are breaking said T&Cs which is downright disrespectful to Wizard. This is why people are getting pissed off... However, as I've said, just keep reporting these pages/auctions if you want to make it more difficult for them. It's a waste of time trying to bait them, threaten them, etc.

That's for Legacy access, however you should be able to access limited downloads per month in the normal downloads section

It's annoying when it takes a credit for a failed download but the limits have to be there to protect server bandwidth. It's not cheap

Failed downloads will also count towards the limit, or multiple downloads of the same file. As others have said, if you chuck a tenner into the site running costs, you'll have access to all of it. The legacy layout section is worth it alone! Other ways to get access are design some layouts yourself or contribute resources if you have any Of course the other option is to wait until next week and see if they've reset, or to PM @pete_w to check if you have hit your limit or if it's just some freak occurance.
