  1. I think it was only released for JPEMU. A very quick incomplete conversion (pays 20p's only), button skins, coin mech not present. Just to show what it is and looks like Monopoly_60_SE_-_JPEMU_CONVERSION.zip
  2. Would love to see this machine, receive a modern a 1280 + DX of it. My current layout of choice for this machine, by £6 in tokens.
  3. Another one I can't see before on MFME. Cash Towers by Troutman £15, 25p, 82% Cash Towers - JPEMU CONVERSION.zip

    Top Dollar

Never seen that machine before. Doesn't look like any other red I've seen or played. Was there a clone of it?
  5. Another one I can't find on MFME in the Fruit-Emu downloads. Stardust £10 25p . Again sorry I don't know who made this for JPEMU. Good sound package on this one. No known issues. Stardust-JPEMU CONVERSION.zip
  6. Here's another machine, I can't find an MFME version of. A classic layout, of Football Crazy £10 25p play. I don't know who produced the JPEMU version, but Duplu uploaded it to Fruit-Emu. The number reel contains text about pass right and left, which is difficult to see, but is pretty irrelevant anyway from what I can tell. Other than that, it functions 100%. Had to alter a few things, due to the conversion tools, not converting certain items. Other than that, just the regular MFME enhancements. Some of you are probably saying, why is he bothering to convert a small, old classic layout. Well I'm just trying to find and convert machines, which I can't find a layout already available for MFME. Who knows, it may help and lead to big and better layouts for the machines in the future. For instance, the lamps and button numbers are already worked out for a potential DX'r in the future. 7. There are a few other layouts that will benefit from that feature, so a nice to have addition. I'm wondering if it would be possible to have a setting for how many reels can be dragged down and up. Many a time you see players peering up the glass where they can only see 1 or 2 reel symbols. I think it would be good to emulate that experience of playing a real machine. Or possibly like animated clickable buttons, I'm the only one who thinks it is lol.

@AK45 Utter Nutter should have Universal II checked under hopper on the configuration screen. Not sure if this has become an issue since V6.1, because it worked fine before. Mine was set to Coin Controls on initial load up. @vectra666 Mine has notes for Hurricane, does yours?

    Errors

Just a quick reply to hopefully get some fixed With the payout err 17 Casino Crazy Keys and Casino Happy Notes, try unchecking hopper 2 in the configuration screen and reloading. Trying searching machine name in this thread for some other fixes that may be covered http://www.fruit-emu.com/forums/topic/52784-layout-diy-fixes/ You should notice above the thread where the search box is, it should say This Topic.
  10. It's Amazing DX possible? Based on this photo. Currently for sale on Ebay. Image is 1200*1600, incase the image doesn't show/download in full res
  11. Will give it a go, but I tend to mess them up when I do
  12. Another machine, not previously on MFME, Empire Games, Cashbox Club £250 25p by Ploggy. Thanks to the very latest update of MFME by Wizard posted today, this is now fully playable. Previously it would jam up on paying out 20p. Also thanks to Wizard for getting this to play at 25p £250 as it was stuck on 5p £75 before. Thanks naturally to Ploggy for the superb DX for JPEMU. I'm sure I've seen him mention it before, so perhaps he may want to improve as he sees fit. I've added the standard MFME enhancements such as clickable buttons etc... 13. I go through phases of doing lots of retro gaming and then I don't touch it for months. In a lot of cases you realise that that game that was great 25+ years ago, doesn't really hold up gameplay wise nowadays. I owned ZX81, ZX Spectrum, C64, and Amiga A500 & A1200 computers. My only console was a Sega Master System, which I got as a good idea and realised with having no money through fruit machine addiction, I couldn't afford to get games for it. Some of my top games for these systems off the top of my head, ZX81- Football Manager, Nightmare Park & 3d Monster Maze, Spectrum - Bomb Jack, War Of The Worlds and Atic Attack, C64 - Bubble Bobble, Amiga - Bubble Bobble, Railroad Tycoon, Pinball Dreams and Rainbow Islands. I only owned 2 Master System games, one was Outrun, can't remember the other. I used to load up Spectaculator, CCS64 and UAE years ago, but my most played emulators over the past couple of years have been Dolphin and PCSX2. I also a few times a year, load up the Model 2 emulator and have a dozen or more goes on Daytona USA. I also shelled out for a Hyperspin 5tb drive from this guy http://www.retro-burner.co.uk I've took some interest in Cemu and Citra emulators lately as well. Some of my favourite Youtube channels are Lazy Gamer Reviews, Metal Jesus Rocks and Gamesack, but again I can not watch them for months then binge watch them.
  14. I can probably solve the mystery and I've learnt something new here. After conversion, the layout originally only paid out in 20p's. Going by the sonic conversion, I added checkboxes 64 and 67, unchecked the hoppers and it started to pay out pound coins. The difference is Sonic however doesn't need token payouts. But now those of us who didn't know, know what checkbox 66 does. That would be truly great.
  15. I'm really enjoying the forums here as we are seeing a forum, that is pretty much FME hardcore. The move to have a Dxcellent forum here, was a very good move. It's great to see @Wizard really participating as well and I'm happy he has chosen here to be the new home for MFME. At the moment, there is a very good vibe around FME and I think a lot of the apprehension about whether FME can really move on, has passed. We may not be able to make up for the loss years, but I think we are having a damn good try to. I know I may talk like FME is the most important thing in life, but at times when I've not a lot going on in life, it's the main thing I turn to and enjoy and have known a lot of people for 17 years now, including having several connected on Facebook.
  16. DOH! sorry I missed them. Thanks for the further update.
  17. Looks much better. The only thing, can anyone confirm, if the £ amounts next to the cards are used for a feature. The classic layout has them also, so I'm thinking they may be needed.
  18. Not a fan of SWPs but enjoyed that. Re The question only machines, I've mentioned it before somewhere, but there an episode of Minder where the guy is a brain box and knows all the questions and takes out £20.
  19. Not sure if I'm taking this converting thing to far, but...It appears from the fruit-emu downloads that this machine hasn't yet been emulated on MFME. So, here's a classic layout for an Ace Coin machine, Up Pompay by (sorry don't know who) £15, 30p 86%, running the cursed Whitbread roms. It was named as Up Pompey under the Jpemu layouts on fruit-emu, but a search for Pompay and Pompey, shows nothing under MFME downloads. It's fully playable, despite not converting 100% in looks, possibly due to differences in shapes and buttons available between emulators. Up Pompay (JPEMU CONVERSION).zip
  20. Here's Viva Rock Vegas Club by POOK. 50p Play £1000 Jackpot. Or to give it's proper name The Flintstones - Viva Rock Vegas Club. Not the first appearance on MFME, as Vecs did a 1024dx of this. This is at 1280 res. Everything seems to be functioning correctly. It's another one that wouldn't convert using v3.0 of Pete's conversion tools. So needed to go via the v2.0 conversion tool and MFME v1.1 route to get it to work. So if you are having trouble with v3.0 of the tool, try v2.0 before giving up. vivarockvegasclubWDX_(JPEMU_CONVERSION).zip
  21. Have you reset the ram on them?
  22. For best advice, you'll need to post up the names of the layout/s you are having trouble with. Many times, it's a case of going into design, edit, then clicking on configuration panel and choosing Parallel or Binary under coin mech on that screen. You may need to reset the machine by pushing ctrl r on your keyboard and then wait until any alarm clears. Alternatively, you may need to go into design, edit, then right click on the coin mech itself on the layout and choose properties. Then choose the correct coin from the coin/note drop down menu.
  23. Here the classic layout for Big Banker by some guy called Troutman The cards are a bit more readable, so why not. Big Banker (Classic), JPEMU Conversion.zip
  24. It's already available for MFME made by Pook. Attached it to this post. It required an update, because of the multiple lamp colours, which I believe Wizard did, sometime back. EDIT...Indeed he did http://www.fruit-emu.com/forums/topic/52784-layout-diy-fixes/?p=299460 Super_Breakout.zip
  25. Here's another machine, previously not on MFME (going by the downloads on Fruit-Emu) Big Banker by Fuzion. Such a great looking DX and it's coming up to 15 years old!!! There are no issue with the machine functioning, but sadly the hi-lo reel, did not convert well at all. It really needs doing from scratch and hopefully someone might take it on one day. The main numbers that are difficult to make out are 5, which has a queen on the opposite side and the 3 which has the 9 on the opposite side. Apart from the usual additions needed in converting, I've added a coin mech to the layout, which enables coins and tokens to be inputted. Of course if you want to remove them, you can, by going into edit mode and right clicking and deleting. The buttons on the side are still usable for coin input and holds, but no token input available this way. I've hopefully added the correct meter settings, as coins and tokens do register and payout with the relevant noises. . Big_Banker_(JPEMU_Conv).zip
