Hi all!
Pleased to announce my latest release - the third in the new run of Astra WOW 'Hybrid' cabs - which are Pluto 6 Based cabs - but running on Legacy io3 roms.
Bullion Bars WOW 3 Player - 10p £5 86% payout - using BB Classic io3 roms, lamps are done sympathetically as per WOW Builds - and this should make it easier to run this layout on a lower spec PC or Laptop as there is hardly any lamping used.
Usual shortcuts apply - A for Auto Start. 9 - 10p coin in, 0 - £1 coin in.
No Note acceptors added/enabled to keep layout simple.
Please use v19.8 MFME for this to play and run correctly. - DEDICATED TO WIZARD 🙂

P.S. for those who are new, open the Master Top file in MFME v19.8 for all the players to open together.

King Cash £10/25p Dx

Its king cash again, re-decaled to the £10 jackpot and using the earlier v103 roms (v106 in the £15 layout) whether it plays better remains to be seen

Astra's Big 15 - £15 Dx

Layout now with correct £2 decal thanks to Amusments for sourcing the correct font to remake the £2 also added big 15 jackpot symbols to the top cash tiers
lamps now blended around the machine edges to
not sure if the original machine would say BIG10 or Big15 on the top logo? as no images around for this jackpot level.
Plays in Mfme 19.6+ only

Astra's Ring-A-Bell £8token & £10 Dx's

Next up and a surprise release is these quality old skool Astra's
Thanks to @Ginge for firstly opening the topic, then uploading the £8/£10 decals from eBay
Also thanks to him and @WonkySausage for help Id'ing the dip switch settings and checkboxes needed
there is a text file within both layouts with the full list of whats needed to change the jackpot/price and percentages, both these are set to 86% Atm
Afaik everythings as it should be, only the £10 lamps on the main base decal seam out of place but it runs ok

The Big Money Game [DUTCH]

At a certain point, this was a very very populair game. And thanks to the latest update of MFME we are also able to make ASTRA machines. This one took a lot of time with configuring the disc wheel proper, but with some help of the other Dutch Fruit EMU members we managed to get it working. Please enjoy this one.

Astra's Fortune Teller £15 Jackpot

Fortune Teller by Astra, set on arcade settings with the option to gamble wins. If you want to set as bingo setting without gamble just go to edit mode with cash door checked, configuration and then alter. Have set this machine on 82%, about realistic for a lot of decent seaside arcades at least.

If the world was like this forum we would be living in a Utopia. This isn't actually my first DX, I may release the first, second is kind of ongoing but not really great but will likely release at some point.
Quality will improve, only just getting used to Ps and laptop is a complete sack running old CPU, onboard graphics,very tempermental trackpad and a mighty 2GB of RAM!😂Goes to show its still possible though, and if computer illiterate like me can do this then anyone can, so hopefully this will inspire more to create.

so best to release as a beta classic
in the hope of some images appearing in the none too distant future.

Big Ten Dx's (re-edited)

Not a new release but an edited version, this wasn't originally released on here,
but thanks to @Amusements for finding the font for stampede i found out its the same one for these big ten's so i have redo the £8 versions £4 & £8 decals, whilst i was at it i've blended the outer lamps for a smoother finish
the download comes with four different versions £5,£8tokens, £10 & £15
if you love your partytimes you'll love these

Riverboat Gambler Dx £4/10p+£8/20p+£8TK/20p+£10/25p+£15/30p

Been working on this for a few weeks now and the images I had weren`t the best but has turned out better than I thought IMO. It`s not exact to the machine but very close as I have used win plan decals from the Stampede layouts because I was struggling to make the exact ones.
There`s a total of 5 versions £4/10p/84% £8/20p/86% £8TK/20p/86% £10/25p/88% £15/30p/90%.
Thanks to @hitthesix for reels and his classic for help with lamping.
Thanks to @infection for posting the flyer on my wip thread which helped a lot.
Thanks to @vectra666 for use of his stampede win plan decals.
Thanks as always to @Wizard for MFME and this great hobby.

Astra Bullion Bars £25 Arena 3 Player Updated Jan 2024

Hello All,
Starting off 2024 with a layout I have revised following feedback from members online, this update includes;
Players reduced from 4 to 3, as requested to help those with low spec PC/Laptops
Brand New Cabinets for the three 'slaves', new lamping, and buttons original to cab (unlike PTA I used in 2022)
New Layout Cabinets using split photos to create a photogenic cab for MFME users, they also include Note Acceptors and transfer to credit buttons, shortcut for note is 8 (£20), and transfer is T.
No changes to top box. To load select master top box file, if any green borders on show use Function and F1 to clear.
Hope you all enjoy the refreshed layout! There is some brand new ASTRA layouts in the making so stay tuned.. and more revised ones as have better photos and resources to refresh some layouts back from MFME 5/6!!

Astra Party Time £8 20p Original 3 Player 2024 Updated Release

Hello All,
Starting off 2024 with my second layout of the year I have been asked by players of MFME for a DX £8 Party Time - so here it is in my own updated cabinets
Top Box downsized and enhanced lamping, and included the 'rough' Confetti lamping which Astra missed out when released in 1998 post production, so included it for a unique effect.
Slaves resized to match my other upright Astra Multiplayers in sizing, all have new clearer buttons for MFME members, better quality belly glass artwork which is more vivid. Reels used Diamond Jackpots symbols as have the glasses, as kept it clearer and simple for high Jackpot releases to come*
Set to 20p £8 JP - 86%.
To load select master top box file, if any green borders on show use Function and F1 to clear.
Hope you all enjoy the refreshed layout! There is some brand new ASTRA layouts in the making so stay tuned.. and more revised ones as have better photos and resources to refresh some layouts back from MFME 5/6!!

These are old Astra cabs with the blue front, Astra Roms and tech, that Teddy used to rebuild a rather crude looking take on Astra's own Bullion Bars Classic, I added the blue lamps in the armrests as per Astra, to make it look a little more original - as these looms was removed by Teddy!
Usual shortcuts apply see notes within layout.
