I for one am delighted never thought I'd hear that tune again used to sometimes annoy me other times it reminded me i was at the seaside good memories. What plans do you have after blackbox been looking at the current state of techs in mame and some are almost there as in they do more than the mame status suggest? Eg spoof mpu3 seems to boot and go into attract mode but doesn't coin up Yet its status is non working

There is already artwork for Ace Video Sidewinder in MAME sadly its mute due to the sound chip being unknown it is however with sound in MFME.

If the mecca don't know then we are waiting a barn find unfortunately, hopefully Oranges and Lemons comes to fruition and we can chalk off one that otherwise would have been mute. There is a reason I want this particular machine in the 80s I liked the fruit machines my brother liked the arcade ones I would spend my money and I would have to wait while he finished on Commando or Mr Do and those machines were one of the background noise of the arcades we went to. Can't imagine them getting away with using a nursery rhyme to attract players to a fruit machine now.

Yeah mpu4 was emulated in agemame before that was merged into mame now was a lot of guesswork and the scene didn't exactly help itself when assistance was asked

Somerandomguyidk is emulating Blackbox in MAME and found that for the machine Oranges and Lemons it used a chip that is in that doorbell to generate its sound we have fortunately found the doorbell and have arranged for someone to decap the chip removing the program from it so that it can be emulated so that machine will now have the correct sound. I seem to remember hearing it in blackpool many moons ago Video of the machine

That doorbell is now sold hopefully to our mame guy

I think this could be just as hard to find as the original machine thanks to Dell Boy they are seen as tacky or were.

Rather a versatile chip from what I can see TMS1000 Do we know how much one of these would be to purchase that has the required code?
