  1. Yeah unfortunately an i3 isn't going to fit in the same socket as a Pentium 4 mate
  2. Yeah, that P4 computer will run Windows 10 like crap if you manage to get it on. As in the previous post, that lenovo for £100 is decent, but https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lenovo-Thinkcentre-M81-Intel-i5-2400-3-10GHz-4GB-Ram-500GB-HDD-Windows-10-Pro/193776376196?hash=item2d1df8d984%3Ag%3AS2AAAOSwHVVfx3ta&LH_BIN=1 should do you fine if you have space in the cabinet for it.
  3. If you grab the free tool CPUZ that apparently gives you info on your CPU and mother board. Failing that, speccy from piriform should do the trick to find out what motherboard you have. Once you've done that, you can research what CPUs are compatible with said board. Another way is to obviously just look at the motherboard. That said, if you do find that it is compatible with a better CPU and decide to go down that path, don't forget the thermal paste and not too much either. Too much can often be worse than too little!
  4. Hi mate You can't just upgrade any CPU, it needs to be the correct socket on your motherboard
  5. Added that as well. Forgot about that abomination.
  6. Aadded a couple more S6 ones I'd forgotten about
  7. Thank you for taking the time to come on here to post to let us know. Really appreciate it. Happy birthday Wizard, wherever you are.
  8. What's going on with the reels near the end there lol have they span too fast and fallen off? Do we need to get an engineer out?
  9. Glad it was an easy fix. Sounded proper complicated in your initial dilemma post lol
  10. Just added 67 DONDs off the top of my head although some are scorp 6 so feel free to wipe them as it's not yet emulated
  11. Wow. Goodbye grains in the art lol!
  12. Damnit that's my plans for the Reflex payout trays ruined Absolutely brilliant work, can't say it enough. Really appreciate all the time and effort you're putting into this. Right back to pissing about with home assistant. The hive integration is doing my head in lol
  13. Agreed. Still no kitchen sink though or permanently locked toilet or "no mobile phones" signs yet
  14. That ought to shut that miserable Twat @Big J up now you've put something that's nearly his age in
  15. Funny you mention that, a lot of the Betcom machines you could do that with!
  16. Can you not apply the cheat engine that @johnparker007has been using to make it go faster?
  17. Alastair is a very clever guy, the fact he managed to make this code work through so many jackpots/stakes says it all really. Even though I'm not a fan of their later games, you have to respect everyone behind hitting the exact balance needed for machines to do well for so long, especially when you take into account the competition from all other manufacturers or companies. Bank job was a Betcom but was badged QPS. Betcom eventually parted ways with QPS and went on their own, selling games to the likes of Blueprint and G2. Blueprint was owned by gauselmann and eventually the same people bought betcom out. Betcom then stopped doing games for G2 and released some under blueprint using blueprints art work and some under their own Betcom badge. The actual industry is very small on the fruit machine side of things, people generally know one another and stuff is pinched based on what does well etc. In the older times, this was almost unheard of apparently Just to add, a lot of Betcom products were whats known as door kits. You'd buy the top door which would be the glasses, the reel bands and the program, perhaps the security chip as well. Strip down an old game and put this new stuff in an old cabinet. In order for this to work well, games had to work on various different techs. Blueprint used to use pluto6 and scorpion 5/6 which could explain why they had the 70 quid version on epoch. it's surprising how it managed without issue to run it. Look at quids in America on 70 vs the 100 upgrade, not sure if it's been done yet but the 100 upgrade lags to absolute fuck whereas the 70 one is absolutely fine lol
  18. Well that laptop won't even turn on now so plan B time....
  19. Got it, will need to dig my list out from my old laptop.. will go do it now
  20. I've a list of every DOND I could think of from a couple of years ago that I could chuck in and populate the other fields if you want? I am sure I can probably add a few more too.
  21. As if you actually looked for a sink lmao but then I'm not surprised
  22. I can measure my kitchen sink if that helps, maybe add some photos
  23. Don't challenge him, the next video will have the kitchen sink fully emulated I am sure.
  24. The newer DXs do tend to be upscaled into HD format using the AI Upscaling thing - @infectionor @johnparker007are your guys for that I believe, however older layouts are obviously created with the little resources we had at the time. Some are of course being re-drawn completely and others are being re-released at higher resolutions.
