@Coskey FruitsIf you upload the layout, I can do it, but I'm not creating a full layout just for the reels J -

You could even changer the reel offset so the winline was closer to the underneath reels as you don't really care abut the positons below the winline. I mean, have a dabble, you really can't damage anything. J -

It will literally take you a minute to alter this within mfme. Go into edit mode, right click the reel you want to change and select properties, then change the amount I've circled to what suits you. J -
Yeah, the code will definitely not match up with an alternative rom version, they aren’t interchangeable. J

You can totally donate. What do you mean you can’t because of the main man? J

Yeah you can literally drag the reels. J -
Yeah, he did release Project Amber. It was an excellent emulator to be fair, maybe more impressive was that it was written in Visual Basic. The layout creation tools were very good. He began Project Amber 2, he got a bit sidetracked with cool ideas and got a lot of flak, it’s a shame he left the scene as I believe he was very competent coder. J

Was you making money on those games at all? Seems heavy handed but I imagine you breached their copyright policies. J

These are my recently installed Win 11 updates.

@dad What are your specs mate. Trying to see differences with my gaming laptop. I'm running a core i7 with RTX 4070 mobile gpu J
-
@dad By the way, I have my RTX set as default GPU, I've disabled onboard grapics completely. J

@dad Hey bud, could you upload one of your layouts that doesn't work here so I can check some bits. J
-
@dad Do you get a crash screen or does it just hang? I know there are some strange situations whereby mfme requires an internet connection. J

I can confirm no issues with these techs on my Win 11 home/work laptop. I have the Acer Predator Helios Neo16 / RTX 4070. J

I’ve been using Win11 since I got my new laptop. I’ve not had any issues with mfme at all. My win11 is fully update. Whwt old techs are crashing. I’ve been playing some MPU3 machines and some other older techs recently. J

Love this game! A bonafide classic. This machine was in my local, pretty sure it was autumn 85, I was still a young whipper snapper. I remember the huge cockpit and 3 screens. Blew me away, I was in awe of it. J

Wow, that’s pretty impressive fella J

@johnparker007Time to go into work and slip a PC tower under your jumper J

Maybe a dodgy ram slot. I had an issue years ago and it ended being the motherboard, on close inspection some caps were blown on mine!! Aargh J

My "consecutive losing spins" experiment - PART 4

I believe a later chip of Big Wheel addressed this issue as they started to incorporate the jackpot roll in. This was implemented on a lot of later chips for JPM Impact games. J -

So these tests just prove that these machines are compensated, which we already know. Have you found any that don’t get happier with extreme forcing? Be interesting to see any that have some anti-force mechanism, though it sounds like you are pushing them well beyond real world parameters. J
