Grifter Bike

Had a grifter, but what was the point of the "slip" gear?

didnt own one but would have loved to.Always remember those three tiny coloured squares on the handle grip that twisted for the gear change.think it was blue - low,yellow - mid and red - high ,sommit' like that :-D

It was so you could get the exercise without going anywhere.

Must admit though I loved this more than my BMX or Chopper.
