You can get £70 Jackpot on the Revolver feature. Hit the 12 5 on the number reel for it to step up 17 times to £70. The proper way is to hit 6 12 which is 18 steps for Mega Streak.

I was thinking along your lines but then I noted there were 4 hold buttons which made me think of club machines. Maybe the 4th hold button is just a spare button then.

Most of them are club machines because there are 4 hold buttons.
The second one with 5 holds is definitely Hot Hot Hot as infection said.

Cannonball Run can shuffle the Jackpots there for Super Hold. If there is no win available on Super Hold (and also 3 numbers in a row isn't there) then it will step 2 up and 2 down. You can get Jackpot from this kind of setup.

I mentioned a few things in the comments on the YouTube video. All the rooms you explored up to the 12:45 mark are what I consider the basic level rooms. That room at 12:45 is kind of a stepping stone to the next level which is probably 90 % of the whole game and where the puddings are distributed. Although it's not unknown for a pudding to be somewhere in the basic level of rooms.
The best strategy is to concentrate on replenishing your energy by hitting the correct things. Good things to eat are Dragonflies, Wasps, Birds, Bats etc. Then the bad things are balloons (as you said) and those oysters with legs. For example if you enter a room with all bad things then it's a good idea to go back and re-enter the room and hope for all good things to manifest. Especially in those rooms where there isn't much space to dodge the bad things!

Never seen this game before. It's basically Jet Set Maria! I have a feeling it will be slightly more difficult to avoid the security guard's arrows!!
On your previous Jet Set Willy video I notice you didn't jump up the ladder in the Ballroom East. This leads to East Wall Base and eventually the Emergency Generator at the Top Of The House. There is another "hidden" room, if you go up the rope in We Must Perform A Quirkafleeg, it will lead up to Watch Tower which has a few flashing objects to collect. I never figured out how to actually survive in the Entrance To Hades room where it flashes DIE MORTAL.
Another platform / adventure game I used to play a lot and actually completed was Pud Pud In Weird World. It's a huge game (bigger than Jet Set Willy) with over 100 rooms and 8 objects to collect before you find your way out. The 8 objects seemed to be a theme as this was the number you had to collect in Dynamite Dan also.

Ah yes, it was Cash On The Lash that said Clever Clogs. That and Cash Explosion I used to play for hiddens as it would often give Hit The Top / Biff The Bouncer even when not that happy (it wedges from the 7 to the 12 I think, so if you can exchange to hiddens on a 7 it helps). If it opens the super board you could play for Skill Spins / Firkin Hot, but the third reel slips so you need a pot on the line (I tried wedging it and it definitely slips). It tends not to give nudges once you have the feature lit so the best thing is to either get enough shots to guarantee it and get the nudges, or be on nudges on a good number and take shots, then hilo to put the pot on the line for the feature.
Cherry above the green bar 4 on the 3rd reel for the wedge wasn't it? It did work but maybe that was on early programs. Hidden feature skillstop you could hit it on bonus 4 and it then finished it off itself? Or am I dreaming about that.

I did better on the £35 jackpot Cluedos than the £70. The £35 ones often had value but the £70 always seemed to lose at the hi lo cash area which means it's dead. Probably due to the longer recovery time on the £70.
Other games like Bedazzled and Cash On The Lash were decent too. The only one I didn't play out of those mentioned was Trail Blazer. I think I only seen one of these in the wild. The Impulse Trail Blazer was good though. They would spin 1s and 12s if they had decent value.

So here is the video. This is straight from the RAM reset with it set to 80% pay out. I haven't put chapters in because there are many different phone traps in here. Eventually you are hoping for a good box or a good swap box. If you have a bonus when you play Deal Or No Deal then you are guaranteed a swap box at the end.

I was not aware of that.... TBH though - I only ever saw one - in an arcade - it was not a general release round here....
There were a couple floating around in holiday camps round here. Also another one that would turn up in a few pubs.

Was never a fan of this - seems quite well controlled - especially all those "I will not Deal" boards......
Ha not at all. There are several ways to trap phones when it doesn't want to give them. I have made a video which I haven't yet released on YouTube because there might be a few of these about still. Actually I think I might release it, why not! These never got upgraded to £100 and I don't know of any about anymore.

In the green zone, the Stop A Fruit feature sometimes lets you eliminate a reel but not always. Does anyone know if there's a way to tell before collecting it? It makes a big difference.
Looks like it's random.

OK, thanks. I've just set it to 30p / £25 / 70% (I was surprised this game went up to £25, never seen one in the wild, only £5 and £15) and I'm going to see how much fun I can have with it.
There was a £25 in Wroxham Hotel on the Broads years ago. It was sited by a small company called Independent Leisure. Wish I knew all this back then!

It's A Knockout on the Balloon Buster feature actually went over the £8 token Jackpot once. I think it was something like £14 before it stopped, but then it rolled in 7s and put £8 in the bank!

The better version runs on either 10p or 20p stake. The change stake button is next to the start button instead of just the Alice face.

Get caught up in traffic on the way out........ blue lights and siren behind us in the distance..... shit, what now, gets closer and closer. Windows open, refill keys, chuck them? Comes up behind us, ambulance lol!
Snettisham pub had a Card Shark. They followed us in a car all the way up to the A148 but when we turned off to go back towards Norwich they turned back.

Obviously there were lots of low points but I just loved the danger and excitement. Back late 80’s early 90’s it wasn’t saturated with players so machines had a lot more casual play, you’d bump into clued up bods here and there while travelling to different areas and often swapped info, depending on what they had. This was just before mobile phones and the infonet so we weren’t all connected, as a result tricks lasted longer.
Biggest issue back then was getting barred from arcades!!
J
You're right about that. I started going round the pubs late 90s and there weren't too many players around that time. Banned from many arcades and pubs for absolutely no reason!

You must have made decent money on the pier back in the day but it's what you do with the money that counts the most.

Cheers fella, really appreciate that I’ve got a mate of mine round on the weekend, I used to go with him to do one in Hull back in the day, I’m hoping he can show me any other setups, he did say there was a few.
Cheers fella
J
The main setup is the one I wrote in the notes but there were several sub setups to get to that main setup if you see what I mean!

Actually the rom already in the layout created might not be the original. I can't remember.
Here is the layout with the original empty rom. With some details I wrote down.

Is this running the early expolitable roms @logopolis?
Also I'm sure there must be some dip settings as last time I played this XXX was £2 and Bars £5, never played one on that setting personally.
J
Yes indeed it is. cs101.u1 rom which is program 1.01
Switch 1 needs to be on for the Xs to be £5 and bars £10.
