    Vector Pac-Man

Looks good any hints where we might find the rom for this. Drawing a blank in all the usual and unusual places.
  2. When I see the name Geoff Crammond it takes me back to the Grand prix games that he made for the pc.This game is consistently mentioned as one of the best amiga games. To be honest i don't really get it -maybe because i never owned an amiga .Its a nice game and you get the feeling of speed but its very unforgiving though i did manage to finish a race without crashing off though didn't win the race but got a point for best lap it was all downhill literally after that.
  3. Also available free on steam so no excuse not to give your brain some exercise and have a go on this.
  4. Great game. You would never believe this is a c64 game if you didn't know.

    Terra Cresta

Not an easy game doesn't help that when you lose a life you start again.Honourable mention for the zx spectrum version decent attempt.
  6. Nice take on the original.Whilst adding some modern bits doesn't lose the charm of the original game.Other than the bomb and the letters for an extra life do any of the other bits that can be collected do anything. One trick that he missed was bonus points for air left though i would aspire to get further enough when the air left even matters.Agree about rocket smash ex some c64 goodsness there.
  7. Lol my bad i should pay more attention
  8. Great game and any game i can get pass the first few stages is ok by me. below is a game i am sure you will enjoy!!! https://vwguy16.itch.io/monty-and-the-temple-of-lost-souls
  9. Your commentary was more interesting than the game though i did manage to get to the end of stage one by nefarious means.Stage 2 uses the zapper which works ok on a touchscreen phone but not on the system that had nefarious means.I think the missing pixels are a game issue rater than an emulator one.
  10. You are the tetris king that is for sure. The from below is a nice disruptive idea to the normal game .
  11. interesting game. The recreation on gameboy colour is very good though i would say the gameplay isn't really enhanced by the rolling screen.

    Dark Forces / PC

ok ok so i had to have a go on the pc works really yes i enjoyed it.Might revisit it later.
  13. Fun game to play managed to get past the first stage albeit on easy.Liking the second stage.Had a go on the other super star wars games on the snes all good stuff . Have to admit never really played a star wars game until today.-now i can't get enough ha ha

    Dark Forces / PC

1.29 on cdkeys or 1.69 on steam.First player shooters not really my thing and despite my username I am not really a star wars fan at all however I do get that it was an improvement on doom and can see where your enthusiasm is coming from.I tried the ps 1 version which apparently is quite poor but I got an idea of the game.Even tried halo infinite a few weeks ago to see what the fuss was all about the players tagged with me had no chance of winning but these games are immensely popular.

    Euro Champ '92

Used to play this or something similar in the local snooker club against my friend it was good fun.I also hate players going down at the slightest touch. One minute they are writhing in agony next they are running 100 yards up the pitch.Part of jose mourinho anti football tactics.I remember as a lad when my parents finally let me go to football with my friends, they have no interest in it I would go to as many games as possible. I remember going to the Simod Cup final when Reading won 4-1 against Luton. Good days when you could just turn up at a game.Thats my Reading story.
  16. Big fan of the show. Remember umming and ahhing whether to buy this in Dixon for £20 .Of course did buy it .Does what it says on the tin only complaint which you alluded to on the video is you can't move the game on you have to listen to Tarrant every time. Its ok at first but gets a little tedious.Fired in up on the android epsxe emulator and need ask the audience for the £300 question and they were all around 25%.Go figure. Enjoyable video

    Cowboy Kid / NES

Interesting game which tries to be a lot of different things .I don't think it quite manages it .A cowboy that starts out without a gun not sure about that, Had you bought this game back in the day then you would have been sitting on a small fortune apparently the cart is extremely rare.
  18. Interesting group of games Uridium ,Uridium + ,Uridium 2 on amiga and the Nes version which is called The last star fighter.Amazing what you can find on wikipedia. All worth some game time.Nes version is the cleanest and the amiga is really an update on the original.
  19. Interesting game found an enhanced (hacked) version that allowed a joystick option which i need to play it on my handheld.Easy premise not so easy to do though. Its interesting as there was just magazine reviews and what your friends bought to decide what games you would play back in the day. Then as now my main focus was driving and sports games although ultimate play the game were special and tons of interesting games fell through the cracks because we just didn't know enough about them or see anyone playing them.

    Dungeon Hack - PC

I'm quite proud of myself i've managed to get this working on my laptop.Considering that 16 hr ago i didn't even know a dos 486 emulator was a thing. These types of games tbh are not my bag of tricks but i saw it as a challenge to get it working and had a quick play.Lol I think i am being drawn in.
  21. I admire your patience on this one.Been reading the reviews of this game and they are mostly positive one or two are more realistic about it.Nowadays it would get hammered by all and sundry. They can't decide though how many screens the game has.16,20 or 26 take your pick. The archive.org is an amazing resource. Honestly had I bought that game for 6.95 back in the day I would have been livid.Wonder how many they sold
  22. There is a 48k free version of this that has 2 levels. More fun than it looks.
  23. You should give the arcade version a bash much better game.

    Rampage

Good to see that you are on the mend. For once you play how I play continue continue continue. There are 128 days equating to 768 stages so that would take forever to complete. There is a spin off rampage puzzle attack on the gba that's worth checking out but I wouldn't say video worthy.Probably too easy for a tetris expert like yourself but strangley addictive
  25. I am using an xbox controller but will try the steps above and let you know
