Firstly you take your on/off image cut around the reel windows using the lasso tool in photoshop I normally fill them in black as it seams to work better than the bright green we used to use
then. Via mfme resize the reel / bands to fit the windows then create overlay
transparent
something like that not on lappy atm so can’t be 100% correct on that score
Ah, I've just been experimenting with an 'On image' with reel window blacked out or whatever, so I guess you need both on and off images loaded in?
Will have a go later.
Anyway, thanks @vectra666 and @Amusements for your help.I will report back.

Hi All,
I'm not newbie (lol) but I've forgotten how to do reel overlays for DX layouts!
I mean in the way you cut out the reel box then put the reel itself behind it.
Any help would be great.Cheers

I've got it going on the electrical mech Hot Dog.
The thing is I've used Cheat Engine's speedhack so a spin/cycle is 1 second, or 10p a second.
I've deliberately left out the 'hot dog feature' so it will it stop when it comes up.
Up to £162 in at the at the mo at 45%, may leave it running when I'm out tomorrow. -

some code was leaked released years ago, but it's @Wizard's baby and does an excellent job on keeping on top of things and bug fixes.
I did do Objective C iOS programming (and published apps) and looked into an emulator, for me to do it from scratch would be a 10 year project! To port it to Android or iOS would be a 5 year job!
I doubt we'll ever see it up at GitHub, that's a good thing too. -
this is awesome, want one!
