Thanks for trying, but unfortunately, they are either for another Manic Miner machine or they are corrupt. All I get is a lot of nasty noise from them, although it does appear to be playing sounds in the right places, hmm. 

I had a quick look - these look like interleaved program ROMs (for Manic Miner), that have been quadrupled up.  So the files are 512kb each, but they are the same 128kb repeated 4x in each file.  So the total 1024kb, is really 256kb.  I see text like 'Proudly presents Whitbread Games' etc... so don't look like sound roms.
