Thanks for pointing that out, Found the issue and I'd accidentally mapped to the cash pot button, In edit mode the Feat KO button should be set to Button 9 and not Button 8, i've uploaded the fixed layout.

 

Sadly i don't think there will be a DX anytime soon as the only image i was able to find was the postage stamp sized one i've included with the download .
