Multi-monitor resolution issue MFME

I was wondering if anyone could help me with an issue I am finding with using multiple monitors on MFME. Initially I was using two monitors with dual monitor mode selected which worked perfectly, however I recently added a third monitor to my setup and because of this, every time I open up fullscreen max or stretch it creeps onto the third monitor, no matter what orientation I select in the windows display settings, can anyone help me find a solution to fullscreen it at a set resolution or have it so that it excludes the third monitor? I can't help but feel like I am missing something. Thanks for any help in advance.
