This is getting better and better, it looks amazing, well done John, I'm still getting problems though, the machines don't start up, I did get one to play, then nothing, I did notice mfme started up, and when I clicked on it, it was running the game, albeieit just the alpha and a few lights, but the alpha was loading the game correctly, anyway I wouldn't worry to much, insure its just a problem with my pc.

Glad its worked for you!!!
When you described the problem it just sounded like the problem i have been having and i came across this fix , have you got Norton as i think its something to do with that?
I don't use Norton, its unusual because I never had the issue before the latest update, at least I can enjoy the arcade again, thanks

Hmm well if they sometimes do work, then I guess that it isn't anti-virus software causing an issue - as if it were deleting the dll stuff, then the machines would never work (and you'd have the green message up in the top-right).
Do you still have the HUD enabled? So that you can see the names of the machines up in the top-left? I think the green warning message is part of the HUD (so it would be hidden if the machine names are also not up in the top-left due to the HUD being hidden).
It may be worth trying @cja272's suggestion above also:
"...right click on the arcade simulator desktop icon then click run as administrator and then the machines work"
One day I'd like to diagnose and fix all these issues, but it's tricky (as I can't reproduce them here).
If you are still having issues, please do post back as there's quite a few more diagnostic steps we could try, and it might lead to me being able to get a fix made (that will also help others in future) - cheersRun as admin has worked, thanks @cja272
Thanks John all sorted, thanks again

No messages, all works fine as you walk around, when a machine is selected it looks like mfme doesn't start, saying that, I have got red must to work a couple of times! when the machine is selected, the ones next to it continue in attract mode, so it's not frozen, if no one else has reported it I wouldn't worry, I'll have another play tomorrow, thanks again John

great bit of work john, its incredible! although a small problem here, i just updated to the latest version, and it works fine untill i try to play a machine, it then looks like it cant open mfme, the machines beside it stay in atract mode as they should, but the machine im on just freezes, i tried uninstalling, and redownloading, but i get the same, its a beefy pc, and it ran fine before, thanks
