  1. Torture Tv Classic - (Simpsons clone)

    Torture TV.
    A Maygay machine on Epoch Tech.
    £15 Jackpot, 30p Play 82% Payout.
    THIS LAYOUT IS MUTE.
    Could very well be a failed test machine, it appears to be a 100% Simpsons clone.
    It does have a TV gameshow vibe about it, reminds me of the Japanese gameshow programme Endurance that used to feature on Clive James on TV (later Chris Tarrant on TV).

    Some of the feature names maybe incorrect as they are not always mentioned on the alpha, when you take them, although Hi Ro cash is not a spelling error.
    KEYS:
    Cancel = `, Hold = 1, Hold 2/Hi = 2, Hold 3 = 3, Collect/Stop = C,
    Exchange = E, Start = Space.
    Collect Nudges = N, Collect Cash = T, Collect Feature = F
    Insert £1 = 0
    Thanks to:
    Wizard (RIP) for the wonderful MFME.
    Ross for the reels from Cash Gordon and London Underground

  2. Gold Top Classic

    Gold Top
    A Maygay Machines, machine on Epoch Tech. £25 Jackpot, 30p Play, 82% Pay out
    As pointed out by PekoJPF, the machine is virtually a clone of the Epoch Coronation Street machine, (classic by Clo and DX by Socialdragon available). It's not quite 100% (the Gold Top feature is an addition on this machine), but it gave me a basis on how to lay things out.
    Sadly like the Corrie machine, this layout is also MUTE. No pictures of real machine to go by, so decided to lay it out as per Corrie.
    I decided to not put the word bonus on some hi-lo reel numbers, but instead try something different and have gold numbers for numbers which give a bonus (a bit like when a machine has red numbers indicating no-lose hi lose or super cash/feature).
    Also there doesn't appear to be a Trail Held lamp, although I'm sure it probably exist on the real thing.
    KEYS:
    ' = Cancel 1 = Hold 1, 2 = Hold 2/Hi, 3 = Hold 3/lo, C = Collect, E = Exchange, Space = Start P = Collect Cash Pot, F= Collect Feature 0 = Insert £1
    THANKS TO:
    WIZARD (RIP) for the wonderful MFME emulator

    Pook for the standard reels and Vecs for the jackpot symbol (not the real one)

  3. Cardinal Spin

    Cardinal Spin
    £25, 30p play, 82% payout
    A Maygay machine on Epoch tech
    THIS LAYOUT IS MUTE.
    As usual another mute/without pictures Epoch classic layout.
    The reels are a mismatch of reels from various layouts. The top reel I tried to centre the writing on the reels, but using the roll up part within the emulator, throws up an execution error. But it all functions correctly, which is the main thing.

  4. Maygay - Title Shot Club

    Maygay - Title Shot Club
    Tech: Epoch
    Fancy going boxing? then try going 12 rounds with this machine if you dare. It's the big brother to Maygay's Fight Night AWP.
    Unfortunately it's mute, however with all the new roms popping up lately anything can happen.
    Keyboard shortcuts in the notes.
    Thanks as ever to the late Wizard for MFME
    @infection for the images.
    The ROM provider.
    Play in MFME V20.1 only.

  5. Stepping Stones Classic

    Stepping Stones
    A Maygay machine on Epoch Tech
    £15 Jackpot, 30p Play, 82% Payout
    THIS LAYOUT IS MUTE
    Not seen a machine with this gameplay before. Fill one of the 4 trails to get into the feature or same colour numbers on reels. Filling up a trail during a feature, means the trail is then an extra life, so you could get up to 4 extra lives at one time. It makes you think about how best to use nudges, when on the feature, rather than just nudge carelessly.
    Unfortunately it's by Maygay, which means it's another one of their clunky feeling Epoch machines, rather than nice and smooth.
    Wasn't sure how to lay this out, but then no one knows what the real machine looks like, so what the hell lol.
    KEYS:
    0 = INSERT £1, ` = Cancel, 1 = Hold 1, 2 = Hold 2/Hi, 3=Hold 3/Lo
    C = Collect, E = Exchange, Space = Start
    T = Take Cash, F = Take Feature
    THANKS TO:

  6. Spectre Classic

    Spectre
    A Maygay Epoch tech machine £15 Jackpot, 30p play, 82% Payout
    THIS LAYOUT IS MUTE.
    Decided not to hold on to this, you can't polish a turd as they say.
    Everything is in the right place AFAIK, some feature names are made up, because they don't display on the alpha when you collect them. There's no trail held lamp as far as I can tell, but the machine name is the trail and flashes when it holds.
    I don't think there is really anything special about this machine, it seems to be just another run of the mill Maygay Epoch release in an ugly cabinet.
    KEYS:
    '=Cancel, 1=Hold 1, 2=Hold 2/Hi, 3= Hold 3/Lo, C=Collect, E=Exchange, Space=Start, T=Take Cash, G=Take Ghost Run.
    Thanks to:
    Wizard (rip) for the amazing MFME emulator.
    Infection for the image to go by.
    Vectra for suggestions.
    The rom provider.
    Maygay for leaving the FME scene alone.
