I'm probably being extremely stupid here but..why is the emulator not full screening the fruit machines? Is it a layout issue? or a skill issue on my part? I'm using a steam deck by the way and yes, i've tried maximising the window and trying full screen. I can only seem to fully use it in desktop mode cuz in gaming mode it blocks off the top menu to load any machines

every time i load this rom the whirring sounds i think it may be the sound of the reel mechanism is constant and wont go away even after the rom loads fully. is there a way to get rid of this sound ? -
I recently got Spiker the Biker and Happy Notes for my emulator, but it says that it's unable to download/find certain roms. I'm currently using the newest version of MFME. Is there anything I need to do to fix this? Thanks.
