  1. Has to be real ale for me, I like getting hammered the throwing up all over the wife.
  2. Finally fixed it after several safe mode boots, I nearly stamped on it. Performance is greatly improved. Had to take motherboard out of bottom of machine and reposition as I had to have a dvi to vga connector on it and that made it so my bottom door wouldn't shut, but it's all fixed now. Gonna run some more tests on it after, hopefully it will remain in one piece. Again, thank you and others for help, I'll give Viz a bash after
  3. The graphics arrived later than expected, it is compatable however I can't seem to adjust the colour, I. E. Brightness, contrast etc. So the games are too dark. There is a great improvement in game play. Help!
  4. Finally got round to making an 8 minute video!
  5. I'm open to the offer of a pint when the pubs open if you're wrong. If you're right it's a pint from me.
  6. I've bought the Radeon R5 340X, and also a dvi to vga adapter. See how I go on.
  7. Yes the resolution is at its best with the current stock touch screen I'm using from an old quiz machine.
  8. Something like this sufice? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nvidia-P1310-Graphics-Card-GeForce-GT520-1GB/383793227308?hash=item595bdbe62c:g:HW0AAOSw84NfoVZU
  9. The odd machine is little sluggish, the latest Albert Sqaure is but playable, and Viz. I have attached my current machine for the experts out there to look at to see what I can upgrade to (within a low budget)
  10. Dance an act like. Sound like a dodgy scouser from St Helens who has developed an Oldham accent.
  11. Maybe an entry level graphics card will help it? But my monitor is the existing one from a touch screen quiz machine and it's pretty bobbins to be honest. If you want I'll do some screen grabs.
  12. I think the graphics card is just built in to the motherboard, Intel HD graphics. I can send you a pic if you want? It seems it struggles with a few layouts, but ploggys Road Hog and Roller-coaster work fine.
  13. I'll do a proper video at some point, I just don't like the sound of my own voice, I do resemble a mong.
  14. I went on one of those websites that do fancy graphics and just typed MFME and that was the result, I then downloaded it and sent it to one of those online printers (only had a black and white printer at the time). Couple of quid and that was the result (it used to say games warehouse). Where the buttons are at present it used to say Jukebox but i've since removed that! The idea was that it could form part of a jukebox as well but my retarded programmer mate didn't want to program the element of music for some reason.
  15. Video showing me126 coin mech working with MFME/pacdrive and accepting tokens. Programmed by BF74 over at the Mecca.
  16. Lol, this one is code named biscuit tin. I wanna build another now lol something wrong with me.
  17. OK, I'm awaiting the coin mech in the post and will reply back when it arrives, if all is well we'll know we can use this type of coin mech and we'll also have a wire diagram available for all to use. BF74 over at the Mecca is brill, when I had normal machines he reprogramed my existing mechs and they worked flawlessly with the new pound coins and even the new 10p. I have asked for my mech to be customised for my specific machine and that it only takes £1 and 20ps as I only have £1 and 20p hoppers and with limited space this makes more sense. Video here of inside I sent to bf74 https://youtu.be/DXwRRe8rR7Q. I also asked him to program tokens in as well so he's sending me £30 of tokens, I can set these up as I wish, so if I run out of pound coins, inserting a token will resemble a pound inserted. A mech reprogramed, £30 of tokens inlc. Postage £30. I think that's a cracking price!
  18. I have attached a picture of my current mech, with the current diagram which is widely available. If i'm switching to a 15 pin ME126 mech, does this look right to you?
  19. And his reply was... The 13 pin for 4 coins o/p 1= £1 coin.. o/p 2 = 50p.. o/p 3 = 20p... o/p 4 = 10p The 15 pin was for the extra i/p o/p coin (tokens) 17 pin was for extra coin 5p coin or with orange box on side the 50p coin gets programmed on the extra output 6 so the £2 coin gets programmed where 50p was originally on output 2. I think we'll be OK with it so long as I follow the diagram I attached from the bottom up. My way of thinking is all are 7 up from bottom to 12v and the rest are black then the reds to the pac drive. I'll load up notepad and insert coins and see how I go.
  20. BF74 over at the Mecca is doing me a coin mech, I'll share the post with him and get back to you.
