davep180
Hi there, would anyone know if this will work the same as the Cashflow 126dfx? It looks to have the same pin configuration on the right hand side. Is this enough to be a replacement? That way I can use @No1Stoney's wiring diagram! The 126's at a reasonable price are hard to find now. Thanks to anyone who may know (even if it isn't the answer I'm hoping for). Many thanks, Dave
WibbleWobble
Hi Dave, I think that the pinouts are the same as the DFX126 apart from pin 8 if using a 17way cable, I found the following reference in the manual: Save you going hunting, here is the CF1xx pin out: Hope this helps Pete
davep180
Sorry if this is a dumb question Pete @WibbleWobble , but would Stoneys wiring diagram still work the same? Do I just add another 5 or 12v supply to pin 8, and the rest stay the same? For anybody reading this, Pete has already been a massive help to me! Thanks mate. WibbleWobble
Hi Dave, That is how I am reading the docs. I suspect that I would be tempted to take the 5v feed from the iPac and use that connected to pin 8 and then that would determine that the device is in parallel mode, looking at my wiring pin 8 on the CF126 has no feed.
