Click on the cog on the left hand side... Not the spanner, that is game manager and may not even be there. You should then be in an options menu where it is there. Can you hit C, does that bring up the cursor ? There is an option for that in the config, but also a shortcut key. Road Hog Mad Posted April 21 Report Share Posted April 21 I also like the way it closes the splash screens, I wonder... the arcade simulator used to speed up the emulation upon launching a game so it was loaded quicker. Is that something you can implement? I also noticed your program puts a text file in each game folder, I assume if I move these folders to another PC that all the names etc will be still be there? And it dumps some files on the desktop but I've not looked in to those yet. I was thinking of making a backup when I have done it, so if the worst ever did happen I could just copy all of the games back over and not have to spend 3 hours labeling them lol. To answer your questions... Text file in every folder. This is for the tags in MFME, so when you move the folders and if you have to rebuild, it remembers them and will populate them automatically. The Desktop dump file is a taskbar hider, but it tidies up and removes that as and when. Yes, new versions go over the top. The speeding up of loading - I have no idea how the arcade sim does that. Road Hog Mad Posted April 21 Report Share Posted April 21 (edited) All done, took about 4 hours The price per play, jackpot, percentage, could probably be bigger, but I've not tried other settings unless its just like that. I put the percentage payout under manufacturer as I label my games as Barcrest- Road Hog etc. But searching for either Barcrest or Road Hog works very well. Overall it's a very good system, I have about 6 machines without pictures (thumbnails) so will re-do them ones, then take a backup of all my MFME folders and the stuff it dumps on the desktop in case the worst happens, I don't want to be re labelling again for 4 hours. There is a few niggly bits I've not mentioned but I've worked around it,as that's the way it is. To be honest I've forgotten what they are . But yeah... thank you very much, it must have taken you a long time to make it. It will be used! I've not tried the other emulator settings for mvmfe, quiz machines or videos yet, I might load my Elvis pirated you tube thing in to it Thank you once again, maybe add a donation button to keep you in curry for a while. Also my floating X and volume up/down works well, invisible when the homescreen is on and only appears when a game loads and the disappears when quit. A good coincidence! You gotta mention the niggly bits - if I don't know - I can't fix them or at least give a response. Reason being, if I throw this into the public domain it's through people using it where I can enhance. Confused. Pictures are added two ways... 1. When you install a game, if it finds a picture it will use it. 2. When your press HOME with the game loaded, it takes a snapshot and uses that. Copying new pictures into a folder is simply not going to work - the Kiosk does not know you have done that. Easist way if it's a custom picture so HOME key is no good for your needs, go into game manger and click on the X to remove the game.
