wellsy2k12
We've all got our favourites but I'm wondering what yours are? There's probably loads I've missed and not played in my years on this earth. The ones that stick out: Reno Reels The Simpsons Cash Lab Adders and Ladders Mario Kart 64 Monopoly (I think there's multiple versions, I can picture the one I played in my head but dunno what it would technically be called) Andy Capp Cops and Robbers What ones are there that you guys like that I should look to download when I can? Pottsnpans
i used to love the old 2 p play 1 pound 50 jackpots. mid 80s i started playing them. my favourite was "its magic". it must have had the easiest gamble to win 1 pound 50 i had ever seen. i remember gambling on the left side of the machine it used to go from 30 p straight to 1 pound 50 if i remember correctly. all of the other 1 50 jackpoys as well i loved because when i went into an arcade in ingoldmells if one of the machines were ready then all of the others ones were ready to hit the jackpot as well they were all in a row in the arcades i remember back then such as copper bell arcade, eastgate arcade, silver dollar arcade. loved rat race, winagain, masterspy, winstrike, goldmine, alladins cave, treasure trove, spoof. then when older going to pubs and clubs i loved cops n robbers and the ones with the BFMS on it such as cash on the nile i think it was called and pharoes one but cant remember the proper name. Zaphod77
As someone who only ever played emulators and lives in the USA, Bank Roller is one of the best the best emulated fruit machines. It was designed from scratch as a clubber, but one that actually allows let 'em spin and three holds, so it lets people used to pub machines have some fun without being too complicated. Yet it can never really be mastered. You can't all out force the jackpot without loosing your shirt, but you can, with good risk management, get respectable wins if there is value to take. The game is genuinely difficult to predict what it's going to do. The music really gets into your head too. That nudge ditty is burned into my brain, and i get the feeling it must be ripped from somewhere, but i have no idea where. The fact that it lets you win dodgy gambles some of the time is a big plus as well. sometimes even more than one in a gamble series. Club Cops N Robbers is another classic. It doesn't appear to do the hold dilemma thing. If you fail to hold the pair, most of the time the matching symbol actually doesn't show to try to tease you into thinking holding would have let you win. And the gamble does a good job of at least pretending it's not rigged, instead managing things by placement of the exchange point. The fact that it's 1-6 instead of 1 to 12 makes it easier to swallow, because even on a 2 or a 5, there's still a one in six chance of a loss if it's random. The mystery square has four out of six options bad, and seventh option which is also bad, by letting you pay money from your swag pot to avoid the mystery, so it does seem to kill you off about as often as probability would suggest outside of millionaire's row, where it seems to be locked to the left side, and usually fines you. One in Five if we assume it can't spin in the number it is already on. Your box will be CASHPOT
