Coskey Fruits Posted October 19, 2025 Report Share Posted October 19, 2025 Hi all you fantastic creators on this site, there was a machine called Superstar I think on Bell Fruit. It had a £10 jackpot and featured sounds like 'wicked' and JX's Son Of A Gun ...whaaaaaa hoooow! when you got on the board. It was last emulated as a non-dx layout. Same tech as Showtime Spectacular or I think it is anyway. I'm just wondering if somebody has the roms and some decent photographs of this machine and maybe bring out a DX of it for MFME 20.1 Would be so cool and memories of playing this out in the wild in a high street arcade in Stockport years ago. Suggest maybe @Ze Frogor @vectra666maybe able to help or have a go at this as a request from me. Just a suggestion, keep up the great work guys as always grateful for a new layout and a good blast on them when they come out. Many thanks. Started life on the £8 jackpot BTW, and was then upgraded to £10. Infection has supplied and demonstrated some good images of this machine, on his drive, only sad thing is the light burn on the top board, mostly to the right hand side of nudges and cash, but a massive thank you in your effort and contribution to source some images, so this is far from a whinge or anything! Thank you!! The 'thank your lucky stars' feature, WOW! My goodness, been so long since I played this I am going to have to go download the classic just to remember what that does. But I loved it for the gameplay and the sounds, also pointed out in this thread by @infection are shared with Casino Bar 7's Sc2. As I am getting older, my eyesight is getting worse and reaching for glasses and squinting all the time is setting off my ocular migraines, so gotta start making my post text sizes bigger, just so I can read them myself....ha ha.... Off to find the Superstar Classic now and give it a whirl, will check my fme archive first as not sure if I still have this! hmmm! / Superstar....wicked!!!!!! \ Thanks again to @woodsy, @Ze Frog@vectra666 @infection @Chopaholic for the replies and feedback.
