I have just stumbled across 'Game-Hub Lite' (https://gamehub-lite.com/) which is an Android Windows game emulator. You can log in to your Steam account and download and play certain games natively on Android. Looks really good in theory but I was more interested in running MFME as there is an 'Import PC Game' option on there too for non-Steam games.
