sysweb
Hi, So I have a retro games system build - based on Batocera. The system will allow Windows .exe files to run on a linux based OS I can get MFME setup to run, and "install" - but on first launch I get a memory violation It might be down to the fact I'm runing the Batocera system on a VirtualBox instance - I will try it on the native Batocera system later... But has anyone tried to get MFME to run under Batocera ? Thanks John

sysweb
by Jove, I think I've cracked it !! It turned out to be a graphics setting within VirtualBox... - so I now have MFME running within Batocera ! - one retro system to rule them all !

sysweb
@jabbathehut - yes... the "coin LEDs" showing "winnings and cash" in some of the games are hard to read - but thats more down to only having a 19" screen on the systems in my cabin - I might upgrade to a 27" monitor... - but have to get that spend past the wife first lol ! and yes - it updated fine Edited June 12 by sysweb
LamerUSPHS
Would you be willing to share the steps you took to get it installed? I’m trying to install MFME on batocera using an old iMac. I tried placing the MFME installer in the windows installer folder and after restarting batocera, it looks like the app is in the windows folder but I can’t get it to launch. Not sure where to start troubleshooting but a brief description of how it was done would be greatly appreciated.
